This adorable fascinator Is almost a hat, but not quite. Attached to a headband, it is adjustable so you can tilt it to one side as much or as little as you like. This fascinator is a darker red than I thought it would be. It is almost a wine color. Perhaps it is an American Beauty red. So if you want a real bright red, this is in it. However, it is so cute I’m keeping it.Although it came packed flat, it is an all bent out of shape.

Can't be worn over big hair styles
This is really cute and stylish, can be worn differently and it's light weight. I took off a star because the band isn't steady the hat kept moving and I constantly had to adjust it. I will consider reordering another color if it can stay in place
