Bluetooth does not work
I ordered this, hoping for it to work with my POS system for my restaurant. However, the Bluetooth does not work at all. I went online trying to factory resetting everything and it still didn’t work.

Fine printer until I have to upgrade AGAIN
Arrived in original packaging. No usb cord included. Which, let’s be honest, we all have a ton of. Fairly easy install with Lightspeed POS.

Another Pissed off buyer
This listing says bluetooth and ethernet all over, if you bought it expecting it to be bluetooth compatible you'll be surely mistaken. I bought this for a pos system that works on an android tablet, and realized it's not actually bluetooth compatible. If you made this mistake you will be slapped with up to a 50% restocking fee.

This is a non epson knock off and will not work in the USA as it is a Philippines 🇵🇭 Model. Support sucks wasted 4 hours of my time to save a few bucks!!

Muy buena impresora
La impresora me ha resultado muy buena, aunque las librerías de C# .Net no logran sacar más que un solo tipo de letra de ella, cuando la misma librería en una Epson TM T20iii, obtiene dos tipos de letra. Esa es la única objeción que le observo.La impresora puede ser configurada para trabajar de forma horizontal o vertical, lo cual es genial
