Fastners supplied are not strong enough
Fastners supplied are not strong enough if you use 10mm recomended drill. Hammering it in the hole bends it. Need to drill 11mm. Stronger hardy fastners need to be supplied

Spare Part Missing & Packing Damaged
The product received was short supply. The part eg allen bolt which secures the handle to the unit was missing. This has affected the installation for my elderly parent & is now not usable. The packing was damaged & am sure the important part was either not supplied or lost due to bad packing. Really rotten service for such an important item

Missing parts which make the product delivered worthless
A Complete Product is that which has all items to put it together for its useBut how can they missing Connector Bolt which is most important item for their product

One important screw missing
I liked the item. I purchased 2 such items. In one of the box one black srew is missing. Please let me know how I can get it. The photo of the screw attached . without that screw it cannot be fixed.

Great support for old and physically weak people
All items necessary for fixing it to the bathroom / toilet wall is included in the kit. Instructions for proper fixing is also included. Looks attractive after fixing.Professional help from a plumber may be necessary for many people to drill holes (using electric drill and bit) in the wall to fix the screws. All screws provided require Allen keys to fix them. Ordinary flat or star type screwdrivers cannot be used.

Useful, Sturdy, Good finish
The product is easy to install and has sturdy wall and floor bolts. The load bearing capacity is quite high and the finish is very good, doesn't get affected by water at all. This is a very competive and compelling value when I compare with many other options.
