I bought Juvenescence Metabolic Switch on a recommendation of a friend with the hopes of achieving weight loss. I had done quite a bit of reading on the product and company before purchasing. There is science-based research in both product development and results. The company leaders have been in the health industry with some big-name companies, giving me added confidence in Metabolic Switch. While my weight loss goal remains a work-in-progress, I have found other benefits from the Ketone ester. For me, that includes relief from joint pain and stiffness, higher energy and better focus.Similar to other reviews, while the taste isn’t great, I didn’t find it as bad as others noted. The bottle is small enough you can consume it in 3-4 swallows – or split it by only drinking half a bottle at a time. There is a metallic aftertaste you can immediately eliminate by eating a spoonful of peanut butter. Within 15 minutes of drinking, you can feel it kick in. I would suggest splitting the bottle over 2 servings for the first couple of days until your body adjusts to the ketone ester. I also drink it after I have had a full meal. I may try the powder with my next purchase to see if I experience any changes towards my weight-loss goal.

I decided to try this drink because I read a persuasive article before the product was released about the collaboration with the highly regarded Buck Institute. I was pretty skeptical about what it could accomplish but was not seeing any change in my weight or muscle tone despite my diet and exercise efforts.I lost 4 pounds during the month I tried this product. This was during a month of vacations and birthday celebrations when I usually gain 3 pounds. In addition, I only want to lose 7 lbs so I am already halfway there. My muscle tone has finally improved and is most noticeable in my triceps and abs. My triceps and abs now look as good as good as they did 10-15 years ago. I feel like I have finally overcome a frustrating weight and fitness plateau.I have a boost in energy as well as reduced hunger.I agree with the comments that the taste is not great but it is a small bottle. I drink it in 2-3 fast gulps and then drink some water. The results are worth it!

This product was recommended by a friend, however the taste is absolutely horrible. I’ve tried choking it down with nut milk, water, juice.. nothing makes it better. Then once I do get it down I experience the worse stomach cramps for about 30 mins. Not worth the torture! I tried 10 bottles thinking my body would get used to it and the flavor, nope!! Do not recommend unless you have poor tastebuds!

As many have noted, this stuff tastes terrible. That said, it helped me lose more than 10 pounds in a month. Now that the holidays are over, I'm ready to lose another 30 pounds, and this stuff will help. My assumption is that because it's helping my body burn fat as fuel, it's curbing my appetite. Note that if you're a stress eater, this probably won't help you much - but if you're ready to start losing weight, this can really help.Start with a 3-pack to see if it works for you. Also, I find that keeping it refrigerated and chasing it with coffee seems to reduce the "gag factor" from the flavor.

I like this product and it’s helped me get back on track after a cheat day. I’ve noticed a huge increase in energy and productivity since I’ve started using it.The company says on the website the product doesn’t taste good. It does not. I’m not going to sugar coat it. It doesn’t, but it’s a small bottle and I’m glad it doesn’t taste good because I’d probably drink too many of them. Expensive but worth it.
