Samsung Galaxy J7 Prime G610 16GB 5.5-inch Unlocked GSM Dual-SIM Version - Internationational Model (Black)

First, please do your research on if this is the phone for you! I am reviewing the product's function as a purchased item, not as the J vs the S or whatnot, as you may easily find online elsewhere.This phone is great, a non costly phone with better than paid for function, and it truly rivals on all other phones I have had, all from the S line. The battery lasts 9+ hours (given you are conservative) and at least 6 given that you are constantly on it. It charges fast, it reads the fingerprint well, and I have not experience a single glitch.The package arrived perfectly on time and in expected condition, no damage to the mailing material (box), and no damage to any of the products.It did come with a charging USB cable, earphones, and wall adapter, all of which are international, and I did contact customer service to replace the adapter and earphones. The adapter I received was an apple product, confusing, but functional. The earphones were regualr non international samsung, and the left bud did not function correctly, and I contacted customer service yet again, very helpful and kind, and shortly got a well working pair.The shipping time from customer service to home was fast, both being less than four business days. I truly must note how helpful they were.The phone is truly great, and I am very glad I bought the prime over the regular J7. Be sure that you understand this is the 2016 version, and buy cases and screen protectors accordingly, they DO make this in a 2017 version!The only difference I may have made was to buy the 32GB vs the 16GB, however storage may easily be fixed with a SD card of your choice.Happy shopping and the best of luck!

This is a great phone. The quality of the fantastic camero. It's literally right up to a iPhone camera fantastic! I like where they put the speaker. It's located on the side of the camera. The size on of the Prime 7 is 5.5 display. This is a good phone for a amazing price! It's super durable too. It also has a finger print scanner. That works super well. The phone is just amazing looking. Has a very very very SHARP display! I really recommend this phone to anyone with a cheap budget. I just got this phone for like $250. That super cheap. I have cracked the screen, because I drop from 20 feet up. I don't recommend standing on your roof of your house. Samsung please reply. @Samsung

The package was seal as was the box the phone came in, that is ,well packaged. However, when I plugged in the phone the Samsung logo kept popping up and off (blinking and wouldn't boot up ) and after hours, the phone was just not charging. I used a different adapter/ charger and voila problem solved. Contact Seller who was very helpful! Besides that, worth the buy!

Came on time and got what i expected

This inexpensive model is missing bunch of sensors (even compass) and you cannot use Android pay, however it has everything you may need at home and on the road (like 2 SIM cards). Battery last for 48 hours without any power "save mode" switched on. Also Samsung did put additional software which actually saves you lot of battery power and mobile data when you need this.And I love the Samsung sound adaptation technology also presented in this phone with 128 GB SD card you can keep huge audio library on this phone. And of course you can use SD card memory for photos, videos and offline navigation maps.I would say it is very practical phone for most of customers.

El teléfono es muy bueno... la marca Samsung lo dice todo. es grande, apenas cabe dentro de la palma de la mano. Pantalla de 2.5, Viene con sistema operativo 6.0 y tiene16 gigas de memoria interna y 3 gigas de ram. Estupenda cámara frontal de 8 megas y trasera de 13megas . La batería es extraible. este equipo trabaja perfecto y rápido.realmente recomiendo este teléfono celular.

Brand new phone will not stay connected to WIFI . It disconnects randomly in a minute approximately even though it is close by to wireless modem in same room. Looked for answers on Google and apparently this model has some issues. I would like to return this phone. Not happy with purchase via Amazon and this vendor. I hope to talk to someone soon
