My wife recently told me that her air-con had stopped working in her '07 Toyota Aygo because the button wasn't staying in. After searching the inter-webby thing and finding nothing on how to replace this switch, I came across a video on the Tube of You's on how to replace the radio on an Aygo, and lo and behold the guy removed the centre dashboard 'panel' containing the air-con switch! To do this, just remove the fan speed switch carefully (a thin bladed flat headed screwdriver will do) and underneath that is a single cross-headed self tapping screw. Remove this (don't lose it) and then carefully lift the panel away starting from the bottom. You can either just unclip the plug from the back of the air-con switch and then push it towards you through the panel and replace the switch, or you can unplug all 3 switches on the panel plus the 3 plugs on the back of the radio and the aerial lead and then you can remove the whole panel - either way works. Test the new switch before you put everything back, and when you're happy with it all, reassembly is the reverse of disassembly as a famous car repair manual says. The switch fits perfectly and her air-con is as good as new again for under a tenner. Total job time including refitting the panel was 15 minutes. Makes you wonder how much a garage would charge for the same job doesn't it?Highly recommended.

Original switch in the car has been playing up over the last few months and after successfully managing to keep it on finally failed I thought I’d cut my losses and get a replacement switch. Genuine parts seem very hard (and expensive!) to come by so thought I’d take a chance on this one. Came quickly, looks identical and 5 minutes later it was fitted and working nicely. Perfect!

Bought this to replace the ac switch on my Toyota Argo. It fitted easily and works perfectly.

The element didn't work & when I realised when trying to fir the button cap that there was a piece snapped off that connects the button to the element.. now I have to buy yet another replacement & it certainly won't be from here.

Fitted this. Turned aircon on. Turned aircon off and something went ping inside the switch. Switch wouldn't stay in the on position again. Very poor.No option to give no stars as a rating, but would of if I could.

Ho comprato questo pezzo di ricambio con molto scetticismo, dal momento che da appassionato di auto so che generalmente i pezzi non originali spesso non fittano perfettamente, ma mi sono dovuto ricredere.L'interruttore fitta alla perfezione e sembra originale sia nell'estetica che nel funzionamento.Tutti noi possessori di Aygó prima serie sappiamo che uno dei difetti di questa city car é proprio questo, ovvero la rottura del tasto di accensione dell'aria condizionata.Bene, questo prodotto con pochi euro risolve il problema, evitando di farci spendere circa 50 euro per il pezzo originale.La sostituzione poi é piú semplice di quello che si possa pensare.Basterá infatti estrarre con forza la manopolina grigia rotonda della regolazione della velocitá della ventola/aria condizionata, e svitare la vite a croce sottostante con un cacciavite a croce medio.Fatto questo con delle leve di plastica anche economiche, basterá, infilandole ai lati della parte vicino ai tasti del clima/plancia centrale, iniziare a tirare in fuori il pezzo della plancia centrale (quella che comprende i tasti clima, l'autoradio ecc... per intenderci) dal basso appunto verso l'alto.L'ultimo gancetto infatti si trova nella parte alta al centro, e per non romperlo nella fase di estrazione del pezzo dovete ruotare il pezzo stesso dal basso verso l'alto.Il connettore retrostante si sgancia in un attimo facendo leva sulle mollettine di plastica dello spinotto stesso, e il vecchio tasto verrá fuori spingendo da dentro verso fuori.Non sará necessario smontare né i fili dell'autoradio né altro.N.b. il nuovo tasto funziona a dovere una volta inserito nella plancia.Se lo provate da smontato e certe volte fa cilecca non temete.Le mollette a gancio che vedete sui lati infatti, devono essere in pressione quando azionate il tasto per farlo funzionare bene davvero.Ció avverrá una volta che le stesse saranno agganciate alla sede della plancia.

Konnte meinen defekten Klimaanlagen Schalter selbst in unter 10 Minuten tauschen. Passt perfekt und schaut aus wie original verbaut!!!
