Works great on my 2016 F350, Make sure you have the 2 1/2" receiver to make this work. I originally bought the 2" version, not realizing this has pins that pop out to lock into the receiver, my truck has the 2" reducer already in the receiver, which would not work. I had to return it and buy this one.Now, for some of the negative comments written about this hitch.The balls on this unit are chrome plated, the chrome will come off with use, if you want to avoid this, buy the stainless ball version. The stainless version will set you back a further $70 ish...The locks do start out a little stiff, in my case I had to open up my receiver holes for the lock as it was too tight, the pins on the locks are a very snug fit to stop slop in the receiver. Do not leave this on the truck if you are not using it, lubricate the locking pins often give a decent waterproof lubricant.Use a decent waterproof grease on the ball before towing, it will help with wear on the ball, but ultimately the chrome will start to peal, it is a plating and you can't expect to much from plating. None of my hitch balls have ever survived with chrome intact for very long, it's just the way they are.Read the warranty, read the instructions and take time when setting it up.The chrome plating on the ball is not covered under warranty, unless probably damaged in shipping.

I've been using one of these going on 6-7 years now. Like others the chrome has come off, but does not effect the function. Who buys this to look pretty??? It does not get used everyday, maybe once a month average. It does hang low like others have mentioned. I use it on a 2011 Chevy HD2500 4x4. For some half tons this would sit way to low with the 6" drop, but I doubt any half tons have 2 1/2" hitches. It has taken a beating as you can see from the pics. Occasionally I have to take a file to the bottom if I have bounced it off a curb with a heavy trailer, to get the ball portion to slide off/on smoothly. The locks still work without issue. I do tend to remove it when not in use and store it in the tool box or under the back seats in the cab.I would definitely buy this again since it makes going between 2" and 2 1/2" trailers and leveling the trailer easy.

As of 10/16/14 I have had this hitch for 4 weeks.I really like this hitch. The way the locking pins fit flush into the receiver is great for 3 reasons:1) It leaves plenty of room for you to get your trailer chains on and off with ease.2) I pull a trailer about 1K miles a week and These pins do not oblong the holes in your receiver like a standard loose fitting pin will.3) These flush mount pins are a GREAT theft deterrent. One could NOT steal either piece of this hitch (and it still be a functional hitch)Like I said, I pull a trailer a lot and I love it so far. I am however a little concerned as to how well it is going to hold up where the ball piece engages the drop down piece. If I find any problems or significant wear I will post a picture showing what I have experienced.

Easy to assemble

This is the last hitch I will ever have to buy. It locks in, has two sizes and looks great. This hitch is the one stop shop for truck owners. It's TOUGH!

I’ve been wanting one of these after a friend bought one a few years back. I finally decided on this one and really like the integrated receiver lock. My only complaint is I wish it would fit in the receiver a little tighter so that the slop is minimized. However, I didn’t notice it flopping around while driving.

Towed our 23' trailer 5000 miles in all kinds of weather. We had a strong cross wind and no fish tail. Great hitch.
