Excellent Noodles
I use these for pho, the closest I’ve been able to find that are like what the local pho restaurant serves, still not long enough though, boil for 3 minutes, rinse under cold water, put in bowl, pour the boiling pho broth over top…done. So good.

I make a lot of noodle dishes and these are by far my favorite, especially when making Mei Fun. They're so simple to make. There's not much more I could add other than I always buy this brand.

Thicker than I expected
Not what I expected. Thicker than the rice noodles I buy at the oriental store that I just soak while preparing the veggies. I don’t like that I have to boil them to use them. Prefer a thinner noodle for my pancit
