Yes they work with Android. Connection is via Bluetooth. Just download the Sennheiser Smart Control app from the Google Play Store.

Does it come with the original box and the extra tips?

My second-hand one came with new tips and was in the original box.

Do these support apt-x high def codecs? or ldac?

They have an option to support HD sounds. Far as I know Idac and Codecs are more based on the system the audio file is on.
