Very useful to track body measurements
I’ve restarted my fitness journey after a long period of inactivity and it’s very useful to quickly and easily measure vital body measurements to track progress.The tape measure feels a little cheap, but it’s very easy to use and does the job perfectly. It’s a little expensive for what it is, but the convenience is worth it. The app is easy to use, and coupled with the body composition scales and the food measurement scales they are great tools.

Easy to use but don't give correct measurements!!
The measurement is great and easy to use. The fact that all is saved on the ohone us great. BUT the is a 1.5cm missing in all measurements. The distance between the place where you put the hookand the end of the tape reading in not added on the final number. We always gave to add 1.5cm to the final reading manualy.
