I would suggest that you go to the Offical Olymus web site, and do a search for your VR-350 manual. You do not have to purchase it, but you can look at the index and go to the battery page where it will tell you what battery you need. You could also call Olymus support and ask them.

is this for an olympus SZ-14

I bought this for my Olympus Stylus Tough-6000 and it is exactly what originally came with the camera when new. I do not know if this battery works with the SZ-14, but you can go on the Olympus website and check the specs for the battery that the SZ-14 takes. Hope this helps.
