Unshrinkit really works!
I am so happy to have found this product.I gave an expensive, alpaca sweater to a friend and instead of dry cleaning it when the time came, she washed it in the washing machine and shrank it to where it looked like it was a child's sweater. She returned it to me because it was now too small for her to wear. The dry cleaner tried to steam-shape the shrunken sweater back to shape, which helped marginally, but the weave in the sweater never looked right and the sweater had that "boiled wool" look to it. Also, it felt snug, especially the sleeves. Then someone told me about this product they had seen on "Shark Tank" and it worked a miracle! The sweater looks just like new again, the weave looks just like it should (not scrunched up), and it is as soft as it ever was.The sweater had a strong fragrance from the solution, but it disappeared after a couple of days.

It's a scam!!
It did not work like they claim. Don't waste your time, I attempted to unshrink two 100% wool sweaters and ended up with color dye all over the place and an awful smell. Once I rinsed the sweaters with cold water it was very hard to try to stretch it and restore it to its original size. In the end it stretched a bit but not to the original size. What a scam!

Smells a little like hair relaxer (which kinda makes sense)
This thing works. I reordered after initially purchasing after seeing it on Shark Tank. I was able to use this to save a pair of wool pants that were accidentally put in the washer/dryer as well as a sweater. I had been holding on to them for years but was never able to wear them because they shrunk. I was able to use this product to return them to original form. It works. Smells a little like hair relaxer (which kinda makes sense). You may get a little of that smell even after after rinsing properly but it will go away. Can't speak to anyone else's experience but I followed instructions and I was extremely satisfied with the outcome. I actually wish I had taken before and after photos while wearing the items.

Does not work
I’ve followed these instructions and my results were not as they market this product. My sweaters are exactly the same. They weren’t even shrunken beyond repair. The shrinking was modest and it stayed that way.

Works but difficult to execute
I saw this on Shark Tank and bought it to unshrink an expensive sweater that had a check pattern in the front and plain pattern in back. I did not realize thus that the material in front was different then the back. So when i used this product it worked on the back of the sweater but not the front and the shape ultimately was odd and i gave it to goodwill. The sweater did stink after and the smell would not come out and I had to keep stetching the sweater every hour as it dried. In failed attempt to restore the original shape i kept pulling at it but it would stretch too much or not enough. I might use this product again though for a more basic wool or cashmere sweater that has less shape to begin with because as others have said its difficult to stretch a sweater back to its exact original shape if the shape was fitted and curved. You would need a mannequin to have it dry back into a curved body shape. This product does work in that it allows you to stretch the sweater more then without it, but one needs expertise in how to use it; not as simple as the ads imply. Or maybe it just works better on mens sweaters which have no shape and just need to be stretched.

It works!
I was a bit skeptical about this but I shrunk a wool sweater and thought it was worth a try.The product was very easy to use and it smelled good. I am not giving a 5 star review because I was not able to return the sweater to its original size. That said, it definitely unshrunk the sweater enough that I can wear it again!I would use this product again.

Works as Advertised - Here are my Steps
Works as advertised. I unshrank two men's sweaters - one was merino wool and the other was a dry-clean-only cotton. Both were shrunk by running them through a wash/dry cycle. They had each shrunk down to about a M from a L and XL.My steps to unshrink them: I added a little over a gallon of hot tap water to the sink, then added the product evenly and mixed it around a little bit. Then I added two sweaters and tried to make sure they were completely submerged/soaked before adding a little more hot water on top to raise the water level. Once 30 minutes had passed, I checked them out and they appeared to have relaxed, at which point I put them in the clothes washer for just the "extra rinse" part of the cycle with cold water. Once that was done I whipped them in the air a few times and put them on for a few minutes to test them out and make sure all of the fabric was stretched out while it was still relaxed. Both sweaters fit seemingly exactly as they did when new. After about 10 minutes, I felt comfortable taking them off and draping them on a chair to let them dry.

I want my money back!
So I had heard mixed reviews on whether or not this product actually works. I decided though I was going to give it a try since I desperately wanted my wool sweater back that I accidentally threw in the dryer. So to use the product you dump a whole bottle in a gallon of water then let your items soak for 30 min in the solution. I'm sorry but this stuff smells so bad that it needs a warning on the bottle. I live in a smaller 2 bedroom apartment and I did this process almost a week ago and the smell is still in my place. Before doing the process of unshrinking I had heard that it was best to pre-stretch the fabric and then soak then let the fabric dry in a stretched state. Two days later after my sweater is now dried and it does not fit any better. I'm really disappointed because this was marketed as that it would work to fix shrinkage. I will be contacting the company since they had a 100% money back guarantee since I spent the money to get two bottles instead of one since you use a whole bottle.

Waste of time and money - better methods exist
This was my last resort to unshrinking a sweater after serval YouTube hacks. I had always hesitated to buy it because of the bad reviews but finally an expensive enough sweater shrunk and I made the jump. After following the instructions thoroughly I got very little results and regret making this purchase. Using the method of soaking the garment in conditioner/baby shampoo/fabric softener for 10 minutes, towel-rolling to remove excess water, and stretching and laying flat to dry does the same thing without spending $30+ on a bottle that is a one time use (and I also recommend steam ironing and stretching after completely dried). Also, the smell is horrid and lingered on the sweater way after drying. One of my biggest regret purchases.
