They are very easy to install look good and fit good.weld’s on mine are fine.probably not as heavy as oem but really nice for how little they cost.chrome looks good to.

Bought these crash bars as an "insurance policy" just in case I drop my Indian Chieftain LTD. I dropped an earlier model while it was parked. Had to replace a hard bag. Took forever; never was quite the same as the original. These were so much less than the OEM version that I was a little worried they would not fit correctly, or that they would not look great. They fit perfectly, and I think they look great. Very easy install, too. Will they work as well as the OEM version? Hope to never find out.

Got these rear highway bars for my 2021 Indian Vintage Dark Horse. Can't lie, it's been about 15 years since I last rode a bike and I wanted some protection in the event of a "slow speed manuver drop".Compared to the "name brand bars", these are a fraction of the cost. They seem well built and the satin/matte black goes well with the scheme of the Dark Horse. Install was a snap. It helps to have the right tools, and you can really be a nerd and use a torque wrench to properly tighten the bolts.Now for the test, do they work? Well most people hope they don't find out, but a couple weeks ago I was practicing some slow speed turns in a parking lot and I dropped it and bailed. Literally NO damage to the saddle bags. They did their job. Now if you look, I did add some gaffers tape (because I knew I'd drop it) and it was a cheap way to protect the paint on the highway bars. I'd like upgrade to leather wraps instead of gaffers tape, but for now the tape is fine.I'd recommend these bars and would buy them again.

Perfect fit and price. Matte black powder coat, paint looks good. You do have to remove rear floor boards and saddle bags to install but very easy to do on a Dark Horse. Took about 20 min to install both sides. I did add a dab of blue locktite on the bolts to prevent loosening from vibration.

Not as matte black as I thought it would be however I didn't expect the world for $60. As far as installation it's pretty straight forward and fit great on my 2020 darkhorse. I reused the stock black bolts for the top 2 holes as they are visible and used the issued bolt for the bottom of the bar as it is more hidden. I decided not to throw the bike on the side to really test these puppies so only time will tell how well they work. Overall very happy for a $60 purchase...oh and shipping was quick as hell, wasn't expecting them as quick as I got them so that was a damn good bonus. Wouldn't hesitate to buy again.
