Do these cut stainless steel better than the regular Midwest offset snips? Is it worth the extra money for the hardened blades?

no one has said a word about cutting stainless steel, how are they for that and at what gauge?

why can't I cut cleanly with these? I am cutting metal strapping and instead of cutting it keeps twisting in the jaws and getting stuck instead of cut
