Andis is a high-quality brand, and these clippers paid for themselves with one haircut for my cat. I had been worried about whether they would work on a long-haired cat without my purchasing another attachment--and no one clearly answered my questions about that on Amazon. But the clippers worked well, and they are easy to use. The DVD instructions weren't helpful, but I figured things out anyway. I highly recommend this product. My cat was calm around the clippers, too, because they're so quiet. Very satisfied.

Easy to use, I'm pretty pleased with what I was able to do the first time I cut my dogs hair a mini schuazer who was in dire need of a hair cut. I was able to cur for a good while before heated up. Worked better than I expected

Like most items I purchase, I buy them and then don't even open them for quite awhile. Like this one.Ordered two months ago. Opened this am.Started off strong for about 3 mins then barely works now.Oiled and cleaned blades properly. Allowed resting time and still can't finish the job.So now off to PetSmart to buy a real pair and throw these away bc they can't be returned now.Waste of money for sure. At least if they had finished the job, I'd be ok with the price. Would still be cheaper than the groomer.

The clippers shipped and got to me super fast. I'm using them on my Shiz tsu bread and they work perfect! They have very long hair and I trimmed them down to short haired without any issues. The clippers are one the quieter size which makes it less scary for my pups.

I bought this to groom my shih tzu, the cost of grooming him was getting high so we wanted to start doing it at home.This is a good starter clippers, it works well but it does seem to get very hot to the touch. I usually cut his hair in spurts, that way I don't burn his skin.

This clipper kit is fairly nice. It comes with a variety of guards, a box, DVD, oil, scissors,a little brush to clean the blades, and the clipper is a good size. The only instructions are on the DVD. The cord is reasonably long. I groomed my mini poodle with it; he is 18 lbs and had mid length hair. It did heat up after I was done with his face and chest but I was slow. It never jammed, it wasn't noisier than expected, and the only place it refused to cut hair was where a sticky ear medicine had leaked onto his fur and gummed it up. I did go back and order the  Andis Cool Care Plus  because I had to stop three times to let the clippers cool. The cut didn't end up so even, but it was my first try so I think it was better than the $35/month grooming bill. And I can be assured that he had a pleasant experience-- he even fell asleep!

I have a long haired cat and this is great it doesn't take me hours to shave him like it did with the other razer I used.

Product was easy to use and finally was able to cut some of hair of our dog with all the groomers closed due to COVID19

Easy to use

Hasta el momento me ha funcionado muy bien, aunque solo lo uso para un French chico y ocasionalmente. He leído en otro comentarios que de calienta muy rápido... en mi caso no tuve ese problema
