Very clear and don't fog up. Also it came with a bottle of antifog spray for when the protection wears off. It also holds firmly in the shower.

This product does not even come close to meeting any of its claims. It fogs up immediately even after I applied the provided antifog spray per instructions. The mirror image is distorted. Things do not appear as they are almost like those funny mirrors in carnivals. Overall very disappointed. I bought this because I could it find the 5x circular one from another vendor because it is no longer available. It was a mistake buying this poor quality sub-standard so called anti-fog shower mirror.

You need to be inches away from the mirror to see something. If you are more than that, the image on the mirror is out of focus. you need to be so close that the shaving is uncomfortable. there are distortion in the mirror itself so you need to move the section of your face that need to be shaved in the center.strong suction cup and light weight but that doesn't help with the mirror itself. If you want to shave buy a 1X, the 3X is useless.

I was eager to avoid a magnifying mirror that might fall off after the last one I had shattered on the sink and spread tiny shards of glass everywhere. The suction cup on this mirror seems very secure. A simple turn of a knob and it was stuck to the bathroom mirror like glue. But is it just me or do things seem out of focus? Perhaps it's because the mirror is square and not round like other magnifying mirrors I've seen. No matter how close or far away I stand, I feel like I'm struggling to see a clear image. Also, the square shape makes the mirror seem small to me. I have a big head, I guess. Anyway, I think there are better choices for a magnifying mirror, and I recommend sticking to a round one. I'd give it one star if not for the good suction cup mechanism.
