I've had this pillow for a couple/few weeks now and I still can't decide if I like it. My issue is that I'm a side sleeper so I need a taller pillow but I'm small so the standard side sleepers are too tall. I thought this would be a good way to get the height I needed. I'm still waking up every morning with my neck hurting and I've tried multiple different levels of water. I can't seem to find one that works. Other thing is that if you don't have it very full and you sleep on your side, your head sinks in so it's hard to breathe. Might be ok if you're not a side sleeper but I wouldn't recommend it if you are unless you can fill it up quite a bit and that's ok for your size.

Purchased two of these pillows and they are awesome. My husband had his perfect from day one. I had a bit to much water in mine on the first night and it was still more comfortable than my $100 memory foam pillow. On night two I let some water out and it is perfect!!! I would strongly recommend these pillows to anyone who struggles finding the perfect pillow. It has definitely helped both of us get a better nights sleep.

I love this pillow. It's actually one that will never go flat and I can adjust it to the way that I need it.

After adding water to it, it was just too heavy to move around, returned it, although it was comfortable to sleep on and I also did not like the size of it because I'm used to a king size pillow

I have had neck pain for years. I have probably tried 50 different pillows. But I have never awakened to no neck pain until now. I don't even want to sleep 1 night without this pillow. I take it everywhere. THE BEST EVER!!!

My spouse and I both had a few painful, sleepless nights on these pillows. The water aspect was intriguing but the pillow fibers are quite stiff and don't really conform to the natural shape of your neck. It does, however, shift as you move without losing it's shape as advertised. I tried different levels of firmness and none were comfortable. We returned this product. Please be mindful that this doesn't work for everyone.

But this if you wake up every morning and shoulder hurts where you keep it under pillow to support your head and keep neck aligned . You might have to add or remove water to work for you I used amount they said on package and worked great for me

The pillow is quite different to most I've owned previously. The water bladder is very comfortable and cradles the head.
