Good quality bin material but parts missing
The material for the bins seems good quality. I ordered this particular one instead of another I've used before because it has the stakes to hold it in place. They do that but are pretty flimsy and stronger ones would work better. I give his product a low score because the plastic "keys" for attaching the ends together were missing from my order. I had to tie it together with zip ties. I have asked for the keys to be sent and got no response from the company - poor customer service. I won't buy this one again.

Gets the job done
This composter is made of a very tough woven plastic. You'll want to use the included gloves when assembling it because it'll murder your hands. It includes no instructions, but basically you form a cylinder of the desired size and then thread one of the included metal staves through slots to hold it together. The remaining staves are placed at intervals to give the composter some structure (it is very floppy without them). I bought it to make a half-height Johnson-Su bioreactor and it's working out well so far.

Assembly is a chore
The problems begin when opening the box. Parts were just thrown in the bottom. When I opened the box and tried to take out the parts, they fell across the floor, forcing me to search for parts on my hands and knees. Although assembly is relatively simple, there were no directions. The bars that hold the compost bin in place were very difficult to insert and it took me almost an hour of straining to get the rods in place and even then, I found myself inserting the rod through every other slot. -- Tomorrow, I will put in the garden. The bin does not naturally take a circular shape so it may require support to stand without supports.

Can't make it round
This is not that easy to assemble. hard to make it round. But I like it. Pretty sturdy.

Nice tall and versatile compost bin
I used this to expand the capacity of a metal compost bin. I liked that it was easy to assemble, fit snugly around my former bin and is sturdy. It was easy to assemble and it is made of heavy duty plastic. The rods give good support but are not long enough to give good ground depth without inserting the rods below the top of the bin. This wasn't a problem for me because I placed it around my former bin so I did not need to anchor the rods.

Does What It's Supposed To
First off, the gloves were not in the package, so I didn't get them, but that's not a huge deal to me. Second, it did not come with "keys" to hold the outside together. Third, the pole-things it came with are only about 1/8" thick. I used them to weave through the vertical holes on the side of it (with the help of my husband), and that was a PAIN, but it helps support it better and hold it together, since mine was missing the "keys". The poles are about the same length as the plastic piece is tall, so the poles didn't go very far into my sandy soil, so the outside part flops over sometimes. I've had it for about a month or so now, and I just added some rebar posts yesterday to keep it standing up better. Overall, it does what it needs to!
