Great Product so Far
Have had the product for about one week. Only problem was the height size, their height minimum clearance assumes the feet are off, so I had to slide it into my space without the feet, but it is fine. As other reviewers have said, the beech wood feels flimsy but it does the job and is stronger than it appears. The natural color looks great, but be warned that it is easy to stain.I had a screwtop daily wine that I didn't realize was not completely tightened and it dripped onto the wood overnight, I stained all of the lower level shelves - a darker color is preferable. I'll have to sand and stain to make it look decent again. Product is quiet, very quiet. Temperature is spot on both in the upper and lower zones. There is enough room in the lower level that I decided to put beer and soda on the top level. An option to buy wire shelves for drinks would have been nice, I note that they sell the same model in that configuration. Door spring could be a better so that it closes automatically. My teenagers are absent minded and I have found the door not fully closed since they think the door should close like a fridge......Lights look good. Very satisfied so far.

Excellent, quiet cooler with good capacity
I upgraded from a Haier 30 bottle wine cooler that had worked wonderfully for over a decade. The NewAir arrived in great packaging and great shape. A dolly helped move it from the front door to the closet location I am using. Set up was easy. It was necessary to reverse the door to right opening. The instructions for how to do this were a little sparse but my wife and I figured it out. It does take two people to reverse the door as it is heavy, glass and would be prone to damage if only one person were doing the reversal. The wood shelves of the cooler are a bit thin and less substantial that I might wish for. Standard Bordeaux bottles fit just fine and you can read the labels when you pull out the drawers. Couldn't do that with the Haier. Very pleased.

Stopped working after 12 months
It looks good. It’s nice and slim. After 12 months the unit stopped working (conveniently outside of the warranty window). I contacted the company and they offered to sell me a part that “might correct the issue” and then they noted “we do not provide install instructions”. And “if in the event the part does not correct the issue we will generously offer you 40% off a new item”I am having a hard time with the minimal support. I’d be happy to pay for a new part but the “you can try this, and we don’t tell you how to do it” is hard to navigate. I would not recommend the 7bottle fridge. I cannot speak to the other sizes.

This thing runs all the time and makes a gurgling noise, not sure why
Listen to the reviews that say this thing is loud. Not annoying loud just seems to run constantly with an odd gurgling noise. It looks very nice, works great so far and keeps the wine at a perfect temperature. I just don't understand why it runs so much and gurgles all the time. We have it in a laundry room so it is away from the living area so it doesn't bother us but if you put this in a living area I think it would be somewhat annoying. Overall we like the aesthetics and the way it works but not sure I would buy this one again.

Great fridge for the money.
My wine fridge was delivered beat to hell by UPS with holes in every side and ripss on every corner but it was well protected by foam and luckily had no scratches or dents. Directions say to let sit for two hours before plugging in after moving and it’s wise to do this with any refrigerator. Some reviewers complained that it couldn’t hold as many bottles as stated, 29. However if you stack the bottles as I pictured alternating facing front and back, it fits five on each shelf. It has two larger spaced shelves, one at the top colder section and one at the bottom warmer section that could also fit bigger bottles or more bottles on those shelves. I like the dual zone feature. With the white wines on top and you can fit champagne or prosecco on the top bigger shelf. I also like the no light, low or high blue light future. My fridge cooled very quickly after plugging in and has stayed well at their dual set temperatures. One reviewer said they had to make room for the fridge by cutting out their granite because it was too tall. This fridge is made to fit under a regular height of counter, look at the measurements before buying but mine fit with space above it. That reviewer probably had a few layers of flooring or shorter counters than the normal height. I like the look of this fridge and it does have the option to reverse the door. It has a NewAir logo on the front that would be upside down if you reverse the door I’m not sure if you could turn that around or just take it off I think it is just stuck on. The feet do adjust for leveling. It comes with two plastic cups and it says nothing about them in the directions but one reviewer said that the larger one fits in the bottom to catch drips, which it did, and the other smaller one was to sit in the fridge and add water for moisture if needed, I presume that’s correct. I am very happy with my purchase. My old fridge I was replacing that died was a U-line and most of those are about $2400 for this size and I didn’t want to spend that kind of money.

Took some time but well worth the effort in the turnout.
Bought this for my wife for xmas and installed it with my father's help. Took some added work since we were modifying an existing cabinet, but the unit itself is fantastic, quiet, and beautiful. The unit itself is beautiful for the price and seems to cool really quickly. She filled it up rather quickly and it doesn't appear to have an issue keeping the bottle all chilled. Very happy with the purchase and turnout. Added a couple photos of the end result. The only issue we ran into, is due to the tile which we learned went in after the cabinets versus before like we were somewhat expecting, we had to accommodate the height of the tile dropping to the concrete to get the unit in. Ultimately we took the feet off the unit, shaved them down and it was able to finagle it into it's space, then simply uses a piece of the old cabinet that was removed to act as a shim to keep it level since the back feet were on concrete while the front was on tile. It still turned out great and there's absolutely no wobble to the unit.

Perfect fit
Not huge wine drinkers but enough to want a few bottles on hand. This works perfectly for us and goes in that space that just collects dust.

As the manufacturer suggests, use a level (any size) as close as possible where you will place the fridge and adjust the bottom turn pads. It is quieter than a large kitchen fridge. I have it placed under the overhang (9 inches) of the kitchen island. The slightly larger round bottles will not fit into the fridge, but other usual bottles will fit in. The fridge is 6 inches wide from the front view. Its purpose is for built-in under the counter top, but I use it this way. Nearly out of sight and nearly out of mind - until I want a drink of the fruited vine. So thankful for New Air.

It was great while it lasted. Failed just after 18 months.
We bought this wine cooler because it was the only one that could fit in the space under our island. When we first bought it we were very happy with our purchase, as it is an aesthetically pleasing appliance and it fit perfectly into our spot under the kitchen counter.A few days ago, the cooler completely stopped working. No lights turn on, refrigeration is shot, its completely dead.Warranty covers you for 1 year. Ours failed this way in 18 months. So, if you are OK with practically "renting" this cooler for $1,300/18 months then go ahead and buy it. Otherwise I would not recommend it.I thought maybe if I emailed New Air customer service, they'd propose a solution but I have not received a response back from them. So I'm not stuck with a cooler that doesn't work and no where to buy parts.

Great fridge
Great fridge. Small enough to fit my space but has dual zones and looks stylish. Was happy to discover it's really quiet because of its placement in my house. Price was right as well.
