We've had a few automatic soap dispensers over the last few years - and this one is up there as one of our favourites. It's USB rechargeable, slim and stylish, and lasts a long time on a single charge...Negatives? Well, the lid removes easily (push it down and it pops up) but there is a very small hole to fill the soap in with, and the only way to see how much soap is in there, is through the window in the base which means tipping it onto it's side - obviously you can't do that while pouring. Anyway - we'll probably buy one of these again when our other dispenser breaks - so can't complain too much...

This is my second purchase for my in-laws as gift. They absolutely loved it.

We now have three of these as they are reliable and have three settings for the amount of soap to dispense. Battery life is good lasting around 6 months.

We've bought a few of these to avoid cross contamination by contact, especially in the kitchen, and to prevent our children from using too much soap! The children love the novelty of automatic dispensing and though they play with it now and then, they dispense a lot less soap than a pump action - although you do need to apply the settings correctly.They are a little awkward to fill as there is a long tube from top to bottom to pour the soap into, but there is a knack to doing it. The amount of soap dispensed can be varied in the settings but it also varies by temperature. The soap gets runny when it is hot and thickens when it is cold, resulting in quite different volumes. I put the dispense volume up in the cold to compensate.The batteries are rechargeable and last a really long time. We charge them up every other time we fill them and they haven't run flat in use yet.One unit failed completely, but there is no sign of the same issue in the remaining ones. When it failed it dispensed continuously until it was empty and then kept running until the battery went flat. It didn't respond at all when the power button was used to try and switch it off. We managed to get a bowl under it quite quickly so didn't lose too much soap. After it had stopped we tried charging it again but it was dead.

Good quality and stylish slightly only downgrade is non dropping valve no hold properly so usually have small drops hanging off the nozzle.

I have quite a few of these, absolutely like it at the start, modern, smooth, good sensor! But two major bugs:- Sensor: mostly working fine, but sometime it will go crazy and dispatching ALL the soap out with no-one in front of it, have to shut it down and reboot manually!- Charger - the worst nightmare, it will give itself up just wouldn't take any more charges! (totally wasted!)

It’s like the iPhone of the hand washing !Utterly fabulous.Only one tiny moan.Wish you had put the clear indicator of how much soap is left down the side.I know it would have made the design not as sleek, but filling it up would be easier!Other than this.Highly recommend
