My last cheaper bands started breaking on me, so I needed more and better resistance bands. I am so happy until I found these.The product has a good quality and is a great option to workout at home and also a good variety of exercises that can be performed working various muscle groups.

I recently got my banda in. Ive been using them pretty regularly for about 3 weeks so. They are detrimental on my pull/back days (I'm running a PPL split). I already had another set of bands (different brand) but not enough resistance. These work great with the other brand. I use about 300 lbs resistance on the back row and I have no issues. Works great. Smooth and comfortable. I dont have any tool to measure actual resistance or anything, but my back shoulder and tri's are on fire the day after using so I know they work. For my home gym, I like them. I also believe a good resistance band set up is required to get in all muscle groups properly, unless you have a cable machine.

These bands are kind of long. Good quality and work well but I’m 5’6” and if I try to use them with a 1 or 2 foot anchor, they’re just too long to give enough resistance, even if I wrap around my feet. Good for anchoring somewhere else if you have the space.

It's a nice set. I'll be using the more now that it's getting colder. I do wish the set came with a workout guide. The set comes with a sheet showing different exercises. But it would be nice if it showed like a 30/45min workout. Or maybe a web link to go to to show different exercises,In different orders. That way I would have some ideas on what exercises to put together for maximum effectiveness.Absolutely worth the money!

The resistance is good,and I mean I can’t expect much for $27… but they broke after 5 months. Juss *POP* snapped mid workout. Wasn’t rough with them or anything,standard workout stuff. They’re good when they work. But the 50lbs band Juss popped and in not exactly a weak person. Without the 50lbs it’s basically moving paperweight.

They seem durable son far, variate bands so you can add more resistance to your workout. Really practical to workout at home or even when traveling.

They are well-made and the fact you can stack multiple bands to the handle at once to make the resistance more than I can lift with good form. Besides the comfortable handles and handsome orange decoration, The skipping rope and instruction manual are also very useful to me.

This is about the 4th set of resistance bands I have purchased, and these bands seem to have a lot less resistance my other sets. It does not seem that any of the sets I have list a brand name on the band themselves, even this set does not, so I cannot say what they better sets are. I have measured these different brands with a hook scale. I do not know what point in stretching a resistance band it is supposed to reach the labled resistance, but when comparied against the same listed weight as other brands this one seem to run about 30% less resistance than the others. In otherwords it took both the 30lb+10lb cable from this set to be about equal to the 30lb alone from another set. My set also did not contain a workout chart which really isn't a big deal.That being said, the bands themselves are not a bad quality, The ring ends seems stronger than other brands, especially those with hooks. The hook that come with it also seem heavier duty than the ones from other sets. I did not test their limits as I am sure I would break something. The cables themselves also seem solid, just not stiff on the resistance end.There are many brands at around the same price point, I would not go this brand again personally. I unfortunately have a bad habit of getting rid of packages before I try stuff out, so I was not able to make a return.
