It's only a top protector
I am not sure how I missed it. I was looking for a zip on protector that encompassed the entire mattress. Although it works OK, it is basically an extra thick fitted sheet.

Fits Great
The mattress protector fits great on my queen mattress. I have a down topper and it still was not too snug. Great product for the money and recommend this item if you need a mattress protector for your bed.

Mattress Protector
It's ok - it's not particularly nice-feeling or anything. It looks like a thin layer of terry cloth on the top. It does what it's supposed to do - cover and protect your mattress. I've had it for a few months now and it's fine. You don't feel it under your sheets, but on it's own, it's kind-of rough feeling. Given the other options out there, I don't know that I'd purchase this one again.
