Q: Can you use this from a ladder? Have an extension wand for my pressure washer but it will throw you off the ladder... trying to avoid falling

This product was designed so you can reach most first and second story gutters while standing on the ground. However, if necessary you can use it standing on a ladder. EZY FLO

Its a hose connection, much like a sprinkler. I have a two story home and extending the handle to reach the gutters reduces the stability of the pole.

Q: Is a pressure washer needed for the cleaning wand ?

No, but my experience was that there wasn’t enough pressure to wash leave out of gutters. And then the cleaning wand blew apart and drenched me in a cold fall day. Funny now, but aggravating at the time. It didn’t work.
