These are alright. They taste just like candy. The flavor is berry as expected. You take/eat two per day. I'm not sure of the quality/potentness of the ingredients nor if there's any proven effect. I haven't noticed anything but wanted to give them a try. My family and I prefer taking gummy vitamins as opposed to regular ones or supplements which tend to be difficult to swallow or taste bad/chalky. Saw Palmetto hasn't been evaluated yet with proof from trials and tests. It's also difficult to tell if the high sugar content negatively counteracts any possible positive benefits they might possibly bring. So for now I'm leaving my opinion as neutral and will allow you to decide for yourself.

You never can really tell if a supplement is truly working. What I can say is that these taste great. The texture and consistency is not like a gummy bear, making it easier to chew and dissolve. I do take these before bed and between these and melatonin, I am out for the night. Will continue to use these!

I have thinning hair and I have high hopes for these gummies. I have been taking two a day so far and they are delicious. Very easy to get the recommended dose. Overall, I am happy with my purchase.

I’ve been taking these originally for postpartum hair loss,which, after my 5th child was REALLY SEVERE!!I’ve only been taking thes for about a week but already I’ve noticed ALOT less shedding after washes. I mean, I was loosing handfuls, even after brushing my hair when I’d shampoo and condition my hands would still be covered in hair(gross,I know!) that isn’t happening anymore.I maybe get like 5 strands now! I had tried EVERYTHING (regain,nioxin,biotin,high end serums,etc) NOTHING worked like this does!Also because I have dark black hair I have already noticed tiny little hairs beginning to grow along my hairline where it had thinned out most!!!Another thing,these vitamins help with just overall health and feeling better and more energized too!! They don’t taste bad either!!I highly recommend for men and women weather experiencing hair loss or not they will just help and make you feel all around better!!!! As a hair loss supplement these are absolutely AMAZING and a must have!!! Don’t waste your money anywhere elea!!!!
