Bigger than I thought but still very amazing the details pop with the gold paint and speaking of paint the paint applications are amazing

Wow. I was not prepared for something this massive. It dwarfs most other action figures, from S.H. Monsterarts and other companies, too. It has an amazing amount of articulation, though can be a little hard to balance due to its weight. I am thoroughly impressed with the amount of detail as well, every little scale has dimension to it. Definitely a great addition to an action figure collection, especially if you like monsters/ animals or are a Godzilla fan.A lot of the negative reviews here are from people who received a defective product or bought this for kids. This is NOT a kids' toy. The details are sharp, and if anything falls off, it could be lost or cause harm (swallowed, stepped on, etc.) And even if it's not defective, it is still a delicate collector's item and could be damaged if roughhoused with. Please, do not buy this for children.

This is a great collector’s piece, it is not a toy. It is expensive and the pieces can fall off, but they go back into the ball joint without much effort. If you are looking for a toy, this is not it, but if you’re looking for a really great collectors item, this is for you!

So- sadly, unlike most people that will buy this toy, we got it for our son; who is obsessed with all things Godzilla - ALL things Godzilla, from the 1960s films and on.So my son, who is autistic but verbal- has been straight up obsessed with this thing for months now. Due to the price - we have really … not wanted to get it for anything except Xmas. Well, he was so in love with this thing- talked about it every single day etc etc - I went ahead and made the splurge ( it’s my baby boy) and tried to hide it till Xmas and the little dude found it !So out came the hydra.Well he was so mesmerized at first - I think he went into shock.Here are the pros and the cons.PROS:It moves all parts. I know for my kid, he has to have toys that move all parts. Not sure why- but loves to move and pose them etc - every single part. And this toy can move all parts. Jaws, joints, wings. Tails.It’s big. This thing is huge.It’s well made and all in all- a beautiful toy.CONS: because all the parts move and are jointed- some parts fall off constantly and don’t stay on. For example the middle neck and head. The ball joint isn’t long enough for it to get really stuck on good. And so that drives my son bananas …It’s pointy. Hurts to push down really hard and get that head to stick back on constantly.Price point. At this price point ( ridiculous) you would expect this toy to be made perfectly and exceed all expectations. It doesn’t do that with the parts falling off constantly.So in general- I’m so sad that little guys can’t have access to great toys that are sturdy and can be played with and loved - except for a price point that is way out of league for most families.For a display item? It’s Wonderful.Problem is- kids want this… kids need this!It makes me sad that even little kids dreams are being capitalized on. And the kids get left behind. I wish we could improve the model and lower the price.

I begrudgingly gave everything one star just because i have to give a star. I spent almost 300 dollars on this figure and i feel so cheated, it doesn't pose well and can't stand AT ALL! If you're gonna get this figure, i have two pieces of advice either don't get it at all or leave it in the box. I missed the return window which is my fault but wow, it's big and awkward which i have other big and clunky figures which i could forgive if it wasn't super fragile or could FREAKING STAND! 0 stars do NOT recommend this figure. It's like SHMA just crapped it out as fast as they could so they could make money from giving us trash

I've always wanted an SH Monsterarts King Ghidorah and this was exactly that. It moves nicely and has an extensive range of motion. It has some sharp parts on it so I would advise on keeping it away from small children. Overall an amazing action figure!

it was a great collectors piece. but I don’t recommend that you play with it. it has sharp parts and might hurt children.

My 9 year old is obsessed in the best way! Everything is as described and it shipped quickly. It comes with a little stands to hold the wings up as well.
