Language Barrier
The product was manufactured for the Japanese market, not indicated in the product review, thus all prompts are in Japanese. I have attempted to change the default language to English but due the Japanese prompts I am unable to navigate to the correct screen.

My 10 year old flir phone adapter gives much better image. Don't waste money on this piece.
