Camera is a bit of a let down
Phone's really rugged, so great in that respect, but the camera and image quality is very disappointing. Especially in lower light.

Great value rugged phone that's not like a brick
This is a great value for money Android phone. The performance is fine for the price, but the outstanding feature is that it is a genuinely tough phone. I mount it on my motorcycle as a Satnav and it will stand the weather without any issues. There are other tough android phones on the market, but they are often thick, heavy and festooned with knobbly rubber and aluminium. The BV6300 is much more like a regular phone, and far more comfortable to carry in a pocket. The Android system seems close to "stock", which is something I like. Bigger name brands seem obsessed with adding their own branding and customisations to android, which usually just gets in the way. You do get a "toolbag -- a bundle of apps like a compass, spirit level functions etc. -- which is unobtrusive and handy. My only niggle is the battery, but it manages to last a day of moderately heavy use (Satnav, music, a few hours browsing/social media).

good value phone
Battery life is good, usually lasting me two days, always on and average use, including navigation and hotspotCameras are ok. Better than the blackview model I had previously.Screen is good, not as good as a new Samsung but good enough to use outside in sunlight. Doesn't scratch easily, I often have phone on same pocket as keys etc, which would destroy the screen on some other phonesRuns apps well, no noticeable lag when using multiple apps.

GOOD PHONE
It does have some quirks but its good overall, especially for the price. Although they say it's rugged and is rated rugged by many sites, the screen cover scratched within hours with just normal use!
