A good useful product. Happy to own it. Performs well. It is definitely value for money. Slightly bigger seat would be welcome. A spring loaded clamp on the carrier, if included , will be useful. A manual , if included , will be helpful. Fully satisfied.

issue with battery, handle is not sturdy, hinge locks are not in position properly,rust coming up on steel portions within one month of purchaseBecause I cannot give any star less than one so I am giving one star you will be paying 42k for this bike then the seller will not contact you ever again and whenever you would ask for some service it would be chargeable but you would be able to do that pay the charges but again where are you going to pay the charges but they would never respond .highly disses dissatisfied with seller service so it's not worth at all the money you are going to spend

The biggest score is its a foldable electric cycle, no one has a competition here.simple neat with consCons:1. The battery died with in a year - got a replacement from the seller2. The charger makes sound when charging battery3. The wire gauge of 36V 3A is smaller and questions the quality of battery and electronics, which creates fear of fire hazard. Hence for your safety you may need to choose a safe outdoor charging place.4. when cycle turned ON the motor will work, hence have only pedalling without horn / light5. without the key you cannot check the battery level, key is a must on the battery6. The folding mechanism is not very easy7. The horn button is not convenient to use why cycling8. The motor is bit on higher power even at the level 1 setting9. The front handle do get fixed tight in a position - it either tilts to left or right every time i start to use10. No shock observer11. Manufacturer does not maintain consistent feature for this Model.12. Battery charge display is not consistent - you basically cannot depend on the charge display13. Charging takes more than 4 hours14. Weighs about 25 kgs

Being a 77 year old man at time of buying, this bicycle has given me great service everyday till now and has been the cause of envy to anyone seeing it. My cycle was the last one sent to me by the company as it closed after that due to Covid, After that it started again, But anyone wanting to buy the same, I would say it is GREAT .

There is no locking system big mistake and there is no suspension which will create bombs always another mistake anyone can take away removable seat and steal it. Back carrier doesn't have holder to keep bag or anything. Handle folder will always shake because of hooks doesn't be tight as need so always shakes. They need to modify the changes.
