Great little bag
I used to have one quite similar-- also from Overland. This year it was time to replace it and I was so pleased to find this one. It's small, but holds all the things I need it to. I love that I can wear it across my chest and it doesn't put any pressure on my shoulder or neck. And it's very cute.

I love this purse
I love this purse. I had a black one of an earlier generation which lasted 5 or 6 years before it looked too scruffy to continue. I replaced it with the brown one and am overall happy. One design improvement is the flap when you open it--more and stronger Velcro. My old one lasted surprisingly well but was getting weak after 5-6 years. Another is the flap that it attaches to is now sewn up so it doesn't flap open and it holds your keys on the key hook. My old plastic hook was not reliable, so I wouldn't use it because they could fall out the side--not anymore! :)One design flaw: The direction of tightening the strap has been reversed from my old one. Now the plastic thing that you use to tighten the strap sits right on my collar bone and is a bit irritating. My old one, which was threaded in the opposite direction sat on my back where I couldn't feel it. I've tried differing lengths and none is just right for me. I'm learning to live with it as it seems to awkward to switch sides.

Too small to be useful
This was a glorified fanny pack. Really. For the price, I was expecting something really nice. It was so tiny, all you are really going to fit in there is sunglasses, an iphone and maybe a wallet. Forget about getting a water bottle or other stuff crammed in there. It didn't really seem very rugged either. I thought I should maybe keep it, but I knew I would never really use it.It was really expensive I thought too. I returned it and for about nineteen dollars with shipping, I got a similar bag, a bit bigger from another Amazon seller that is like an army hiking day pack and has a lot of cool pockets zipper and Velcro and holds all my stuff.

Really nice travel bag!
I don't do purses. A friend had one of these so I ordered one for myself. I absolutlely love this bag. It's stylish, has excellent storage spaces, and holds everything from wallet to phone to keys and more! Excellent buy!

Very functional small bag
Love this bag. Small but lots of usable space. I have 2 complaints though, I wish the side panel for the front organizer is higher because things fall out easily when I open it. Items can be seen easily from the side too. The other complain is the tab that closes on the velcro. It only has a small piece of loop velcro and the rest is a different material that gets pulled out when it comes in contact with the hook velcro. They should change the design / material. I only noticed it recently after about 4 months of use.

Excellent quality (and I am very tough on things)
Excellent quality (and I am very tough on things). LOVE this bag. It was exactly what I was looking for (specifically for an easy to access compartment for my phone for when I am wearing a skirt and don't have my belt clip attached to me). If you stuff it full it holds quite a bit. The purse itself is very light. I will definitely be looking to this company the next time I need a purse.

I needed an "in between bag" durable for outdoors
I searched for weeks for bags that were durable enough to be able to withstand the daily torrential downpours in Florida as well as how careless and rough I am with my bags. My bags/purses must go wherever I (plus my 6yr old son go), so I have high expectations for quality because I am typically doing many outdoor activities and outdoor research. Timbuk2 had some very nice bags, but they were either too small or too pricey. THIS bag is amazing! I needed something large enough to hold my 8inch Blackberry tablet as well as my wallet, keys, + few other small items. After deciding that I would buy one of the Overland Equipment bags, I spent another couple of days trying to decide which one to buy because they are all fantastic bags. Ultimately, I went with this one because it is small enough for me to use on a daily basis as a purse; however, Overland does make some slightly larger bags if you are looking to put something larger than 8inches inside it (the product dimensions say 7in, but there is a little stretch to the bag). The prices are also great!! I will say, the one thing that I do not find amazing about the bag is that the front pouch has velcro, and I am worried about how long this velcro will last. Why couldn't they have used a zipper instead? Regardless, I am extremely happy with this purchase, and I hope this review also helps you to decide on whether or not to purchase one. I am even contemplating buying a larger bag for my day trips with my son on the weekends.

Placer Bag
This is a great bag for its size. Well made, with plenty of pockets and good styling--does not look too "outdoorsy". Will hold wallet and keys and cell phone with a little extra room for small things-depending on the size of your wallet.
