First off, arrived in a severely beaten-up box as the box was not rated for shipping and had been taped up at the origin to cover up the many holes that were already present. Unit had some cosmetic damage due to shipping, but nothing affecting the overall integrity. Assembled the unit and found the quality to be too poor for proper use. The winch cable was steel with a rope core and came kinked, splitting, and no lubrication present. The main movable platform had four idler bearings that were too small for the track and rubbed on the axle with any weight on the platform. Unusable in the current configuration -- Do Not Buy!

product came in a box torn to shreds, it was suppose to raise up to 57'' it only raised 53'', platform is slanted to much, has dangerous sharp edges, wheel sleeves damaged on 2 wheels, bolts different mixed with metric & standard sizes, top of frame a little crooked, no lock washers. not very safe product. they have the right idea, but not put together correctly. poor quality work.

Crank handle hits wheels, had to remove them. platform binds, 1-1/4” bearings in 1-1/2” channels took a 1/8” thick piece off old cutting board, drilled holes fir bearing shafts and added bolts to make up the slack. Works great now,

The first one came with rust on it and badly scratched up from the shipping. They did replace it. My biggest problem was that it came with no instructions for assembly, no warranty and no operation manual. When I messaged them for the 3rd time for a link to assemble it, they sent the wrong link. After I figured it out, it worked great for what we needed. The product does what it is suppose to do when you get it together and functioning. Very sturdy and easy to operate after just a few times of practice. It makes the heavy lifting easy. The only functional problem is that the top wheels had to be removed to use the winch without hitting your hand.

This is a piece of junk, expensive junk. I definitely will return it if it's not so heavy. The packaging is terrible. It seemed the item was either a returned item or ever fell onto the ground. It's so heavy but the cartoon box has only two thin wood boards on the top and bottom. If the box does not sit on the wood board, it would slip and damage the aluminum board and the box, as shown in the picture. Even worse, the box is missing one item in all paired screws, bolts, and coshers. I cannot use assemble this piece of junk at all. This is totally a waste of money. I will NEVER buy from this seller again!

Heavy duty piece of junk.Used to lift 200 lb generator. Rated 485 Lbs.Two bearings failed in first use. Vendor offered to send parts but never did. After many months, they offered $50 to wait for parts. I accepted that and months later they offered $50 to wait again. I refused and asked for refund and return.I have contacted Amazon and told them they need to remove this item and seller from the site. They have promised to take over my claim twice as of 22Jan2023 but so far no final resolution.Don't buy this item.

It is absolute garbage, its not usable in any way

The product arrived in a beat-up cardboard carton. The item is too heavy for a standard AMAZON courier and, should be shipped by truck/LTL.The winch assembly is off center because they drilled the holes in the wrong location. We had to remove one of the small wheels to turn the winch crank.We intend to use the product a few times a year. For our purposes, it works. The winch cable is brittle and will most likely break if used often. We got what we paid for and hope it will work for the few times we require to use it. I suggest only buying this product for occasional use.
