This is a great brush. Pretty to look at, does a great job with tangles, and gentle on hair. Highly recommend this brush.

Love this brush! It’s gentle and strong enough to untangle my wet or dry hair. Feels very comfortable and soothing on my scalp. I was using a Wet Brush that was several years old. Over the years I didn’t realize how many little tips had fallen off the bristles, which probably happens to all brushes of this type, and I didn't realize how scratchy it felt on my scalp. My hair is very fine. I love the gold color. As with the Wet Brush, the Kristen Ess cannot be used when you style your hair with a hair dryer. A little instruction card that came with the brush explained that the bristles will melt if used with a hot hair dryer. These directions should be posted very prominently in the description, so you know before you buy. I think the Ess is made beautifully. It is perfect for untangling and brushing wet or dry hair.

I really like this brush. Had it for years and just reordered. It brushes through hair nicely and looks classy. Love the gold color.

I rarely rate anything 5 stars, I have to be really impressed with a product for it to deserve that. But I’ve had this brush for a couple of months now, and it’s a fabulous brush. It’s a solid brush, not flimsy or cheap feeling. It works well on wet or dry hair, and it doesn’t take long to get the tangles out.My daughter has waist length hair, and brushing her hair was a nightmare for both of us. I was really close to getting her hair cut short because of the complaining, whining, and crying about getting it brushed. Even after washing, this brush works quickly and thoroughly on her wet hair. No more tears or running away because her head hurts, and no more frustration and aggravation for me.On dry hair it leaves it shiny and tangle free quickly. School days no longer start with a fight or crying. I use it as well, and it does the job without damaging my hair too.None of the bristles have broken, bent, or become damaged. It still looks as good as new after multiple uses every day, on different types of hair.Yeah, it’s *just* a hairbrush, but I’m really happy with it. It’s definitely a quality product, and I would absolutely recommend it if you’re looking for a good brush for wet or dry hair. I’ve bought so many different brands, but this is the only one I will repurchase, because it’s just that good.

This round brush does a great job brushing but is very good at massaging the scalp at the same time. Feels great!Note: The square brushes from this brand aren’t as soft.

Detangles easily, my daughter was able to use this with no crying whenever I use this compared to others we had in the past.

I have never purchased a brush online before. I am very pleased at the quality and how easily through my long hair. The bristles are very small, but it does a great job even when it’s tangled. I’m considering ordering more and giving them as gifts.

SO FOR THE PRICE THIS IS A NICE HAIR BRUSH. IT IS LIGHT AND THE MEDIUM IS PERFECT. I HAVE VERY FINE LONG HAIR AND IT GLIDES THROUGH MY TANGLES PRETTY EASILY. HOPE IT HOLDS UP!
