Helpful!
This book was a great read. It greatly helped me learn to improve my vocabulary and grammar in German. The chapters are organized into a day by day ordered, which helps encourage you to read and learn every day! The chapters are short and explain everything very well. The vocab for each chapter comes with example sentences, which will use the grammar if that chapter features anything about that. I'd recommend this book to anyone wanting to improve their German! It definitely helped me! Danke!

Typical German Efficiency
Although it avoids the misleading word “easy," the title could be more accurate. Finally Understand German Grammar in 90 Days would be more like it. That’s what it did for me, and if you’re really keen, you may even need less than 90 days! But what’s the rush? Besides, the text here lends itself to targeted review, for two reasons. Each “day” consists of a very focused but highly effective review of a particular grammatical issue, making it ideal as a reference resource. The topics are listed in very self-explanatory titles, making it easy to find what you are interested in working on. Secondly, I don’t recommend trying to slog through the text in a sequential fashion, as both the efficiency and elegance of the prose are stereotypically German. It also suffers the annoying feature of directly repeating the lesson material before giving example sentences, which are uninspired yet instructional. Certainly no match for Duolingo in getting you to actually speak, but a highly useful and appreciated supplement.

Title is silly but the book helps!
I don’t think anyone should go into a language thinking they’re going to be fluent in 90 days so take the title of this book with a grain of salt. What it will do, however, is help build your skills over time using simple not too complicated lessons. Well, “not too complicated” as much as it can be. German is a tough language to learn with very, let’s say, “interesting” grammar rules. If you’re a native English speaker, German can seem easy enough at first but the moment you start learning how to ask questions and where to put adjectives in your sentences, it can get confusing very fast. I won’t say this book curbs a lot of that confusion, but it does its best to do so. It has simple lessons and then gives you vocabulary to memorize to utilize along with whatever lesson you just learned. It also gives example sentences with the vocab and lesson in mind. It’s pretty straight forward.I’m nowhere near fluent and just started learning this year but I’m grateful for what I’ve learned so far and excited for what I’m going to learn in the future. My biggest piece of advice for anyone looking to learn German is to try and keep yourself motivated. Consume German entertainment. Watch German (Netflix has a few shows that are completely in German!). Listen to German music. Use this book as a guide and a supplement. Use other resources like Duolingo that can only enhance your experience - not lessen it.And remember English has its own set of bonkers grammar rules, spellings etc, so keep that in mind when you get to a roadblock. If we manage to take our own native language for granted that surely we can do it with another. Don’t try to overthink the lessons and grammar rules. Let them sink in with practice over time.Hope that all helps.Danke und tschüss. :)

Best free book ever on Amazon
I have found answers to questions about German grammar more easily than from many other expensive guides. Gives you just enough information to understand the common forms and structure without over complicating the things you wont need to know until you are a very advanced student.Lays it out in a straightforward manner. I could have saved myself 40 bucks worth of grammar study books, if I had gotten this one first.I want to add, that this book will be most helpful to those who are not complete beginners in German, unless they have an excellent education in English grammar and structure first. Since actually teaching english grammar stopped in most American schools about twenty five years ago, this book may be confusing unless you first refresh your understanding of English grammar. If you are studying through Duolingo, this book will help you identify errors in the program, and explain some things that both Duolingo, and Rosetta Stone expect you to learn through trial and error.

A pretty good product if you complete all exercises
I got up to 20 days and lost interest. I wanted to improve my reading skill by going thru short stories. The vocabulary is good but the short sentences using the new words caused me to look elsewhere since I wasn't really interested in speaking German.

Excellent German primer
I haven't read this book through completely yet, but I perused it quite thoroughly and was impressed with what is offered. It covers a large amount of vocabulary as well as German grammar rules. Each vocabulary word is used in a sample sentence. I estimate there to be 900 plus words that are taught in this book, but since they are each used in a sentence with other words, the actual German word count has to be much higher. It starts out with some very basic material, designed for beginners, and leads up to material that is fairly advanced. A nice eBook for the money. I have studied German for many years and also taught it at the high school level and believe this would be a great book for a do-it-yourselfer to begin learning German.

Great supplement to taking an adult education class
There are no classes after a beginner German class at our high school evening classes, so I bought this book. It has been useful for keeping up my practice - a concept , like grammar, is presented, or a short list of vocabulary words or verbs each day to practice/learn, making study manageable. It is too much to learn in 90 days - this is a downside, but where I have taken a beginners class, there is enough overlap ( for me) where it is not too overwhelming to actually try to proceed through it day by day. The other downside, and this is true for any book based studying - is my pronunciation correct? I would definitely use this book to supplement a class.
