Q: To seller: i bought this from you. it seems to be missing a piece. there's nothing to screw the black gooseneck into so it just falls off. help?

My husband drilled and put a screw through the goose neck and metal holder.

Q: Are the straps, as shown, included?

Yes, included is a long velcro strap to either run through the handle of your hair dryer or just around the handle. It works real well to hold it in place.

Q: How much weight can this support holding before the tubing doesn’t hold position anymore?

As a customer, I don't have the answer to how much weight that it holds but my blow dryer is not light weight and it had no problem holding my dryer.
