La aspiradora es buena, no pesa, fácil de armar y usar. La batería le dura muy poco, y el costo de una independiente es muy caro. Levanta bien polvo y pelos de perro, pero en sillones no los jala tan bien. Me falto una pieza y no hay manera de localizar al vendedor para hacer la aclaración.

Love the convenience and the ease of use. Wish it had more suction.

I can’t speak to the product much as I haven’t really had a chance to use it. My one disappointment is that I thought based on the size and shape of the wand that it would work well alone as a “dust buster.” This is not the case. Maybe if you wanted to suck up something that didn’t need close contact it would work, but otherwise you really need to have a tool attached.I searched through the attachments that came with the vacuum and realized there was no duster/crevice tool. I assumed I hadn’t paid close attention to the product description so came to Amazon to order one, only to realize it should have been included. Apparently quite a few other people had this issue too based on the reviews. (At first I thought maybe someone who had the same issue sent it back and I got their defective return, but the packaging was in perfect condition.) Under the Amazon order, I clicked on the option to get support and was taken to the Shark website. It was 6:45 on a Saturday morning and I was annoyed that I had to fill out a bunch of info just because a piece was missing and that seems to be a chronic issue with this product.But…at 9 am on the dot (the exact minute Shark support opens on a Saturday morning) I got an email apologizing for the inconvenience and asking for my shipping address and the product serial number. Less than 10 minutes after I responded with the additional info, I got another email that the part had been shipped. The customer service team even automatically registered my product for the warranty. The emails were polite, professional, and absent of spelling/grammar errors. (Almost impossible to find these days.) You seriously can’t beat that level of customer service.I hardly ever take time to write reviews, but it’s hard to stay mad when someone responds the minute their customer service center opens and takes less than 10 minutes to fix the problem. Fingers crossed I love the vacuum once I really get a chance to use it! (If not, I’ll update the review & rating.)

This is a good vacuum for people that have a robo vac but need to touch up in places from time to time. Light weight, small footprint, and enough power/battery to get what you need done if you can pop around within 45 minutes. Awesome for a decent size apartment but understand that the power of this is nowhere near a fullsize vacuum (the digging into the floor sort of feeling/sound). This is the middle ground between having a vacuum and a broom and works great towards that end. Also its looking like it has a trigger is actually because it does with that trigger giving it a power boost. Not the most ergonomic one, but not the least either.

I think if you have lots of carpet and rugs or a larger home this isn't the vacuum for you. Personally this vacuum gets its use picking up fallen hair in the bathroom and crumbs and dust here and there. It is an attractive vacuum though and I love the base. Not entirely sure but it seems like maybe my unit is missing a tool that would allow storing the other attachment pieces on the base possible. I also want to note that the machine only has one intensity. But it does work nicely on my shaggy area rug.
