A big box, with the product properly packed, a bag with the 4 wheels and the user manual.►How to make it work?After you remove the foil on top what you have to do next is to add water, warm or cold doesnt matter because the massager can heat the water at a desired temperature.Now, the recommended amount of water is half full this because when you place your feet inside the volume will expand and you dont want water to spill.Next you have to plug it and before to start using it i suggest to have a look at the menu to understand properly what it does. Took me around 4 min to set it right for my liking.►Based on my experience I suggest to start with the massager first(the rolls will start moving) and these have a standard speed which cannot be adjusted. It took me around 15 min to get used with that feeling but after it is absolutely pleasant.To turn the bubbles on you have to press the designated button and that jacuzzi effect will be on. Combined with the massager it is a realy good feeling.►You can set the timer and also set the temperature.What I would like to have extra is a remote control because I use this product while working in front of the computer and it is placed under the table, a bit hard for me to get to the buttons.►Size? It is relatively big and can accomodate even big feet, mines are medium size, 27.5 cm and there is plenty of room left inside.What i have discored is that you can move your feet inside to get a proper massage for your heels.I wouldnt recommend to stand while using this product as it might not work because of the weight.►The lenght of the cable is pretty standard, what I strongly recommend is to keep the extension or socket as far as possible from the massager(there is water inside and it might spill).►You have to press the ON/ OFF button properly to make it work and stop. I found that if you press on the right side works the best(tried to press in the middle but it didnt work so well).►I like it a lot because you can do this at home, the effect is great specially after using it for a couple of times. Specially for people who walk/ stand a lot this is a good solution to get rid of the feet pain.►Portability?It hasa handle on top that you can use to move it around and on the bottom you can attached the 4 weheels(you have to press firmly when installing these). The wheels perform well even on a soft carpet like mine.Please take care if you use it on a wooden floor, it might slip quite easily.►To remove the water is also simple, there are 2 options: first- there a small hose on the side that you can open and point it to the ground and leave the water pour(mind it will not remove all the water, at the end you will have to pull the massager at 45degrees and hold it for around 1 min) and second option which i prefer because it is faster is to simply remove the liquid exactly like using a bucket, you got the idea.►Overall experience? Good massage, pleasant feeling from the bubbles, I am using everyday!!►Cons? Actual product is reasonably well made. The massage feature is quite intimidating though and a little much, tickles an awful lot, difficult to get comfy or maybe I’m just using it incorrectly somehow. However, it does make you laugh alot sooo, some mixed emotions there

Not value for money

first one arrived missing wheels and instructions, Amazon sorted that out and sent a replacement.First off this thing is deep which means you soak your feet and ankles and higher.The massage takes some getting used to, but it is quite relaxing, it does keep the water warm and overall very pleased with this purchase.

We were kindly asked to write a review from the seller for our feedback. We have only used the Foot Massager once for about an hour over the Christmas period along with foots salts and are due to use it again this weekend. So far the machine works nicely. Is it large and warms water well. The actual balls that move under the feet are comfortable enough, rotating and quite soothing. The water does heat to a moderate temperature. Once we have used this a few times, I may add to the review. The foot massager is relaxing and works so far. I can see other reviews on here where there have been technical problems but we haven’t seen those so far. Good sturdy product.

Foot Spa very large takes up a lot of space but helping my husband feet

Easy to use. I can honestly say that this is the best foot spa ever. over the years i have purchased 2 foot spas and they haven't been great as this one. ive had this for couple of months and believe me it works amazingly. heats up water quickly and is easy to drain out after. whenever i've had a long day at work and standing on my feet whole day. they would get very sore and painful around the heels and ankles. this foot spa is just the thing for that. it works so good with sore feet as well. once i soaked my feet I would feel amazing after that. My husband also loves it too.

Heats water in good time & timer allows for you to judge the length of massage. The massage & bubbles are relaxing, good value
