Lock down nails had to be done so I purchased this little beauty after directly sending back a different one I had bought which I was not satisfied with. I must say that I didn’t hold out much hope but as soon as I started to use it I needn’t have worried......it was absolutely BRILLIANT!!!!!!! Took the old polish off with ease, cut down and shaped, then smoothed down the new acrylic perfectly!!!!!It certainly is the best file you can get to use at home without going into the £100’s that professional nail technicians use in their salons. I would recommend this without hesitation. A+++++++

I ordered this drill less than a month ago and used it only 3 times and it has literally broke. Bare in mind these three times I used it was only for a couple of seconds on the lowest setting (as I am still learning). The times I was able to use it , it was great but what a joke. I read this by a couple of people having similar issues in the comments and gave them benefit of the doubt !! I won’t be doing that again. Good job I can get a full refund as I won’t be buying another one !!

I’ve been previously using a more expensive e-file (from melodysusie) and I thought that this cheap one will not be of the same quality and might not be the safest to work with. However, I was wrong.It feels harsh to rate this product 4/5 (if I could, it would be more like a 4.6/5), but there are some inconveniences that come with the price.1. Instead of there being an on/off button, there is a switch where off is in the middle and on is left and right/up and down. This is personally not as convenient as it takes a slight second longer to find the toggle switch down along the wire and then toggle it to the middle which can be a bit fiddly.2. There is nowhere to place the e-file to set it down - this is not something I’m used to as my previous e-file had a built in holder for the file to slot in upright which I never appreciated until now.However, I do like that there is a reverse function.The settings are also quite powerful as they gradually increase, though I find that there could be more of a lower power setting too.Saying this, I like that you can control the speed gradually.It’s not a bad product and it definitely surprised me with its quality. Comes with all the pieces (apart from the plug, though these are quite common - I use my old iPhone charger plug end).Good product overall especially for this price

I liked how this product was perfect for me, who’s first time doing nails. East to use just connect it to your usb. Turn on settings start working on the nail beds. Leaflet easy to follow. If your like me used to getting nails done probably familiar with which tool does what and the steps. Recommend it for sure tip turn the speed down as longer leave it high speed can feel like burning nail but that’s on me my nails were sensitive at the time. Price point is great as you have everything you need great for cutting down nails

Had this a while ago but wanted to give enough time to try it out. I'm a complete novice at nails but I hate the growth after having acrylics on for 2 weeks and don't want to have to have infills every 2 weeks. Bought this so I could blend I the base of my acrylic and remove the gel polish and it works a treat! The different speed settings are good too to use until you get used to it. 100% recommend

I never do reviews unless a product is exceptionally good or it’s rubbish, this product is amazing!Wish I had gotten it sooner, it’s so effective!Definitely salon quality, has a few in the past and this one comes out of top.Just be carful, it is VERY powerful.

Great item for how much it cost, its a little hard to get used to at first and the sand paper coated pieces get a little gammed up with gel if you've got professional nail art gels on. But the speed adjustment works really well, and perfect that you can switch the direction of the rotation for differing hands and angles!

I had to throw this away, the file tore my skin to shreds, it’s so powerful and actually quite dangerous. I would have returned it but it was used and I had thrown the box away.
