We liked this fryer, but it stopped heating up after two uses. Having said that, TOPKITCH sent us a new one outside of our return window and we are happy with the product/customer service! Would buy from here again.

This is an update to my previous review. Though the product didnt work for me, I have to say that TOPKITCH is a stand up company. Although I was well past my return window, they still gave me a full refund. I will be ordering another fryer from them that meets my needs.

Since I rely on user reviews to make purchases, I would be remiss if not to share my experience with this unit. It's a good fryer. It worked flawlessly for 3 and a half months. Then, it stopped working. I contacted Topkitch and received excellent customer service. They sent out a replacement and checked back to make sure we received the new fryer and to assure that it was working properly. I was disappointed when the unit failed but I was glad to get the replacement as I really enjoy getting restaurant quality food while using this fryer.

Temperature controls are accurate and it’s nice that you can use only one side at a time if you want. Also, the fry pots have handles for super easy clean up. Holds 6 liters each so get plenty of oil :)

Update: the manufacturing company contacted me and proceeded to refund the money and apologize for the inconvenience caused.It is a very bad product,1; The handles are very bad, they break off, it doesn't hold with the basket and they move when you are taking things out.2; I used it for a small project and after 5 months it got damaged, it stopped heating and the circuits burned out.3; I called Amazon to make the claim and use the protection insurance that I had purchased, initially they did not want to do it because it had a 1-year warranty from the manufacturer that I needed to contact them; The truth is that I was never able to communicate, I sent emails for more than two weeks, they kept me from one place to another and they did not resolve me; In the end the insurance responded to me.4; but they send the money by gift card and do not deposit it into the account FORCING YOU TO USE the money on Amazon again, it is a scam.

Custome service was great, even though the return window had passed they still sent us a new fryer to replace the defective one.

While I did have a minor issue with the product, TOPKITCH went way beyond what would be expected to satisfy my concern. They also continued to repeatedly converse with me through a holiday to make sure I was satisfied. This is a company that can be trusted to stand behind their product. I am looking forward to my next purchase with this company!
