Great price and can fast. Extends your reach when practicing like 18 inches

They can hurt if you swing too hard.
These are nice training tools, but you have to be careful not to hit your training partner too hard because they will feel it. The sticks have some padding, but it’s dense and can cause injury if swung too hard. I recommend using pads when training with these sticks.

Sturdy, if a bit unforgiving when used to the head of students
Good for fast glove work, but as someone else pointed out, it’s a bit harsh to wack your students with in the face. Definitely worse then getting booped with a mit to the face.

I like this product, I’m using it for wide receivers position workouts particularly fighting through hand contact while catching the ball.

I prefer pool noodles.
These are still kind of hard for a student to get hit with.You can buy a pool noodle for a dollar and make 2 sets of these.

Good for the Price, quality not the best but...
Foam Breaking internally near Handle. It's nice, FYI it's not really suitable for kids as all my kids were complaining that they hurt when I hit them on the arms and legs. It's fine, it will make them stronger, but don't think these don't hurt cause they are padded. It does!Other than that they are good. But again, the foam is breaking internally by one of the handles where you grab it.Thanks!
