I purchased two of these: one to mount two 23" Asus monitors and one to mount two 21" Dell monitors. Both worked exactly as expected. The included directions were straightforward, the small amount of assembly required was simple, installation was easy, and adjustment was no big deal. There is no sagging, wobbling, or any other problems one may find in lower quality mounts. All of my monitors can now be positioned quickly and comfortably for any user and the freed up desk space is a huge bonus. I've used other brands of monitor mounts that were much more expensive, but did absolutely nothing the Wali can't do. I shopped and shopped for a good price on quality gas piston monitor mounts, and I don't think there is a better value on the market.I did have some apprehension based on the Amazon product photos, because the arms looked bulky. This isn't the case in real life. The extra thickness is due to the cable covers. After the cables are properly routed and covered, the look is very clean. All you see are floating monitors that can be perfectly positioned to your liking. If I could change one thing about this, I would like for all adjustment bolts to require the same size Allen wrench. That's not really a big deal, however, because all necessary Allen wrenches are included in the package.This is a top quality product and a great value. I will definitely buy these again if I need more in the future.

It was an easy to install, I got it in white, perfect for my setup. The C-Clamp works just fine and holds both my 27" monitors up really well. It's very sturdy and does an excellent job. The instructions were simple so it was pretty easy to install.

As the title implies this monitor arm is great. It's well built and works as intended. The only improved I recommend is making the cable manage area larger for monitors with bigger hdmi/displayport cables and/or usb hub cables. My Dell monitor that has a thicker power cord, usb hub cable and a thicker displayport cable are a VERY tight squeeze and push the plastic covers out. It's fine for the most part but it was super hard to get the cables to stay in place and not push the plastic pieces out completely.

I'm an IT professional and spend 8-10 hours a day working at my dual display workstation. Monitor mounts that shake excessively at every desk bump or sag over time and require repeated repositioning are worse than setting the monitors on a stack of books. Now that I'm working from home full time I wanted a dual display mount that allows independent positioning and that wouldn't be a hassle. That generally means expensive. I decided to take a chance on this one and I've been impressed. I've been using it for a month and have no regrets.I noticed when I unboxed the unit that the materials exceeded my expectations. The mounting base is fully cast metal. The mounting bracket, often weak on lower cost devices, is nicely heavy-duty, as is the clamping screw. I can tighten it very securely without worrying that the bracket is going to bend.Mounting the monitors to the device is very easy. VESA brackets attach to the monitors and slide onto the ends of the display arms where they are secured with a single thumb screw.With the adjustable tilt mechanism is tightened down with the included wrench the displays are very stable and maintain their position. I've not had to readjust unless I've done something to knock things out of position.I don't like cable mess on my desk, and the built in cable management is very effective. If the power and video source isn't on the desk you don't have to see a single cable. Putting a heavy duty power cord and a fat DVI cable in it was tight but not an issue.

Recently, I purchased a second monitor and with two desk mounts for them, I could barely find the top of my desk! After studying the many dual mounts on Amazon and reading reviews, I selected the Wali unit. It had a very competitive price and a high level of satisfaction among those who purchased it and so, I placed the order. Delivery was fast and then I set about assembly. The VESA mount worked well except, I had to loosen the screws holding the mounting bracket to the back of one monitor in order to mount the screen on the Wali desk mount. This was a minor issue and was required by the monitor design (nothing to do with the Wali devise). I mounted the device using the grommet base by drilling a hole through my desktop. This worked well. It was easy to get the gas cylinders adjusted using the hex wrench provided so the monitors would move easily and would stay in position. However, hiding the cables for each monitor under the arms of the mount was a bit challenging. A lot of the problem was the inflexibility of the power and VGA/HDMI cables I used as well as the fact that a couple of extra hands would have been nice to hold everything in place while trying to insert screws blindly from below the arms. In addition, it was more difficult on the lower part of the arms due to the proximity of the desk top. Once that task was completed, I was very satisfied with the installation and operation of the mount. I now have lots of extra space on the desk top.

Works well. The head screw to rotate the monitor is tough to adjust at first, but once you are set, things are working well. I use both a 28-inch and 32-inch monitor, the latter being extremely heavy. I had to increase the tension quite a bit on the arms to have it be held securely. Time will tell if it stays up, but so far so good.

La verdad que está muy bien hecho el sopoete y funciona perfecto. Los materiales se sienten de buena calidad y es fácil de instalar, incluso para una persona (aunque con 2 será mas sencillo). Uso el soporte con un Monitor curvo de 27" y con uno plano de 23" (en horizontal). La verdad amo mi nuevo escritorio, quedó mucho más limpio y ordenado con el tema de los cables y tienes la ventaja de poder mover los monitores para ponerlos como más te acomoden, en verdad que usar un soporte de estos en un game changer! El único tema es que mi monitor curvo (Samsung) tiene el sistema VESA algo raro porque tuve comprar tornillos más largos y separadores para poder montarlo ya que los tornillos que vienen con el soporte eran muy cortos, para el otro monitor funcionaron perfecto esos tornillos cortos. Fuera de eso es un golazo!!!

El producto esta de muy buena calidad el soporte se ve rígido y con materiales duros y que logran mantener ambas pantallas en su lugar. Tiene un sistema de pistones/resortes que mantienen el monitor donde se necesita.El único inconveniente que tuve fue que el espacio atrás de mi escritorio es muy pequeño y no puedo poner dos monitores juntos debido a la separación con la pared. Y lo tuve que devolver, sin embargo voy a pedir dos del modelo individual para poder ajustar cada monitor sin preocuparme por el espacio de atrás.En general muy buen producto sirve de maravilla y es de muy buena calidad. De lo mejor sobre todo por el precio que no está elevado como con otros

Si me gustó es resistente le doy 4 estrellas porque la altura máxima aún se me hace un poco baja.
