High Quality blade even for a skeptic like me.
The media could not be loaded. I was looking for a replacement pocket knife to my cheap hardware store knife and I wanted something that wasn't to expensive and was well made. I have been very skeptical and have been looking for reasons not to like this blade however I have been pleasantly impressed. The Damascus blade is beautiful and very sharp out of the box. The knife is very sturdy when open with no wiggles. The copper handles give it a very sleek appearance and does not feel like some cheap piece of crap you can pick up at a gas station. I have rather large hands and this knife is a good size with a little weight to it. It does not feel awkward at all. I'm very happy with the quality of this product and believe it is money well spent. Should I buy a pocket knife ever again I will not think twice about this brand. I also think it would make an excellent gift for any man in your life, father, brother, husband, cousin, what have you. I would be thrilled to receive something like this as an unexpected gift.

Love this knife! Great quality and holds its edge well.
I am really enjoying this knife. I use it regularly and it holds an edge very well. It is also very good looking, and I love the weight, it does appear to be actual damascus steel. This is a great quality knife (for the price it should be). I still recommend it even at its higher price point.

Sharp enough to shave with straight out of the box
Very high quality, real Damascus. Ignore the couple of reviews that said its fake, they got the cheap nondamacus version, it's easy to buy the wrong thing when you have multiple models on one page. The two knocks I have:I found it $20 cheaper on other sitesThe video makes it look spring assisted opening. The first few opens I was angry, it didn't open as the videos showed, but once the oil or maybe the bearing realigned itself after shipping, this thing flips fully open fast and as smooth as a spring assist with a slide rub of the trigger. This thing is heavy, the copper handle is beautiful, you could easily use this as a window shattered escape tool.I'll be back for another of their knives for a Christmas present for sure

I loved this knife
So i returned this knife because I was concerned about the actual Damascus. I have been fooled before and I wasn’t sure. I have since found out that I was an idiot. If you like bigger knives then this knife is for you. If you like copper than this knife is for you. You can find it still get it. If you can’t? Then stick with the regular Praxis. The blade and handle shape are knice it’s a good slicer and well put together. If you can get it.

This does not look like a real Damascus blade
Dislike the trickery in the ad that this is a true Damascus blade, when really, it was lasered on. You can even see how & where the laser hit! Thanks for misleading me.

Great Knife for a Great Price
This CIVIVI knife with Damascus steel blade and copper scales is a really fine knife. If a buyer is looking for a light-weight EDC to carry unnoticed in the front pocket of one's pants, this is probably not the knife for them. It's solid weightiness reminds me of the legends surrounding the Syrians forging their swords of this steel to enhance their strength and sharpness to better slay their enemies in the battles to control the ancient Middle East as I use it for the much lesser everyday tasks of modern American life.
