I was extremely pleased with the final product and look of the frame. It looks fantastic. It was worth every penny. Easy to install and maintain. I am very happy with my purchase.

Easiest assembly of any product I have ever bought hands-down! Completely transformed the look of the TV. I was a little bit hesitant at first because the cost is so much more than a Samsung proprietary frame but this was absolutely worth it! It is wider and looks like a custom frame as well in comparison with the Samsung which appears to just change the color of the border that is already on the TV.Putting it together took about 30 seconds and hanging it took about 30 more seconds. The directions were so clear and simple and easily labeled and clearly done with the consumer in mind. The look is fantastic and I’m so happy I spend the extra money and went with this If it is in your budget absolutely buy it!

American made and high quality. If you own a Samsung Frame TV, you NEED to spend the additional money on one of these. Before the Deco Frame, my Samsung Frame TV looked like a TV that was flush mounted to wall. However, with Deco Frame, it turns it into a real piece of art. Samsung should contract these guys and help them to increase volume while driving down costs because every Frame TV needs one of these frames.Additionally, the customer service is world class. I initially received a frame where one side was not perfectly flush with the top and bottom. Within the same day, Deco Frame shipped me a new frame and I received it 2 days later.This frame is REALLY expensive. but the build quality and function justify the cost.

The frame looks great but it blocks the remote input signal. I contacted Samsung to ask if the One Connect box receives the remote signal. The chat rep first said the box does receive a signal (though I don't think he knew what he was talking about). I tested it myself and it seems like the box either receives a very limited signal or no signal at all. Because the deco frame covers the remote input and the One Connect box doesn't seem to receive the same signal I either cannot use the deco frame, have to cut a piece out, or have to buy an external remote signal receiver. The deco frame was meant to be an aesthetic addition and instead has created an additional problem that I now have to solve to use it. Unfortunately I have to say the deco frame is a waste of money when I could have bought one direct from Samsung who cuts a whole out for the remote input. While my rating here is about the deco frame I am more disappointed in Samsung here, to be honest. The One Connect box should really be a strong remote signal receiver and it isn't. I attached the end of my chat with the Samsung support rep who told me the tv wont work with a custom bezel. Again, not great phrasing on his part, or poor understanding. The only problem is that the remote receiver is covered. This is fixable, just not something I should have to fix when buying a product made specifically for this tv.

Two minute setup and a simple but beautiful frame. You literally put it together on the floor and snap it into place.(I need to adjust the TV mount a little bit to get it square with the mantle. The frame itself is perfectly shaped.)

This white frame was the most amazing purchase for our tv...it turned out tv into a work of art! The quality of the frame is amazing and the fit is perfect - SO easy to install onto tv and just a great asset to out home

The frame looks beautiful on my Samsung Frame TV. I had a hard time getting the remote to work at first, however after repairing my remote with the frame on the TV it seem as though the remote is working better. I love the look!

Arrived on time and undamaged, was packed well (not overpacked), easy to assemble, good quality, and looks great! Expensive though.
