Decent quality for the price. I thought the size would work for me but didn't hold everything as well as I wanted it to. Using the strap and pockets left unusable room around the outside of the items. The tourniquet in the outside pocket is functional but it sticks out making it too bulky. I decided to use a small rectangle bag for my IFAK because it was easier to store more items more efficiently. It may work well for you if you don't overload it.

Bought this to replace bulky bag/pouch that I had on body armor. With emphasis on "INDIVIDUAL," this first aid kit holds basic items in case of personal injury. Gave it 4 stars only because it's size; things fit too snug and limited space prevents stocking a few additional items.Bottom line, happy with purchase but will keep casual eye out for something slightly bigger without being too bulky.

Took all my med stuff out of my bug out back and put everything in this and attached to the outside. Let's face it if your not able to get to your medical and unable to tell someone who needs to get it to attend to you. Then this is important there is no mistake what should be in this bag.
