Comfortable but not hard wearing.
With the gyms closed, I needed a new pair of trainers that could be good for my walking (can't run due to medial meniscus damage). Just some stats for this: I walk 5½ miles at a time, 2 days on 1 day off; walk is mostly on pavement but is mixed up with grass & gravel tracks; bodyweight of 118kgs.These trainers are very comfortable, most comfortable ones I've had. But I'm surprised with the amount of wear on the soles after only one month.Think it might be time to look elsewhere for harder wearing ones and keep these for the gym (whenever they open...)I recommend them but not for offroading!

Poor build quality
Very comfortable and cool style but the build quality is extremely poor. At the end on the day of my second ware they started to unglue. Disappointing

Superbly comfortable footwear
I bought my first pair of these shoes in a shop because they fitted perfectly and were superbly comfortable from the moment I wore them, a true Cinderella moment. After 9 months of vert frequent use, I noticed that they weren’t cushioning my feet as well as they did and so I replaced them via Amazon after quite a search for an identical pair. My older ones look just as new as ever from the top but I now realise how cushioning degrades unnoticed over time. They were never quite waterproof, despite Scotchguard. I forgive them totally for this as they are the most comfortable footwear I’ve ever owned.

Excellent shoe
My old man has worn sketchers for years and swears by them. He’s in his 80’s so I stupidly figured perhaps they were just a shoe for oldies. How wrong was I. I took the plunge after wearing skate shoes for years, my legs and back ache all the time, the old man said I should try Sketchers so I did and he was right, they are so comfortable straight out of the box. It’s like walking on soft cushions. The fit was perfect and I really appreciated the half size especially as these are a trekking shoe, no more toe pinch when coming down steeper slopes. The lace system is great, they seem to grip as you pull them in so you can get the fitment just right.I’m converted, and will be trying more Sketchers styles in future. Big thumbs up from me.

Comfiest shoes bar none
Comfy - oh hell yesLightweight - yupLook good - don’t really care but yes they doThey fit so nicely my usually too wide for my size feet. Snug but with give and conformity like they’re already worn in.The insoles are incredible. They’re lightweight I find my self not scuffing my feet after a days walking about when I’m tiring - where as my previous trainers got heavier and heavier. ( if you know you know).I recently purchased this same brand of safety boot too and they’re just as good. My wife’s been converted to the brand working behind bars where she’s on her feet all shift doing 18k steps a day and she loves hers and won’t go back to her previous favorite well know brand of hiking trainers. If you value foot comfort invest in them your feet will thank you.
