This is a bit like asking what size rim does an 18 inch tire fit on? The battery diameter is the first 2 digits in millimeters, the second 2 digits is the thickness. So, this battery is 24 mm in diameter, by 3 mm thick. One inch is 25.4 mm, so it's a bit smaller than an inch.

Do u have Sony cr2430 3v lithium battery?

No, I ordered PGSONIC CR2450 3v Lithium Batteries. I ordered these to replace batteries in an automatic darkening welding helmet. I have not used them yet.

Will this work for my 2014 ford explorer key fab

I was able to replace the battery in my 1997 Corvette. Open the FOB to see what battery is currently in the FOB and for me it was the CR2450, it might be different but you won't know for sure until you open the FOB, do not take out the battery until you have the new one.
