Ordered to be able to work from home more effectively. I make and receive a lot of calls and wanted something that left my hands free. I am impressed by the quality considering how compact they are. I am told by people on the receiving end of the calls that the call quality is good. They synced with my laptop very easily.I didn't find the ear tips supplied the most comfortable so replaced it with a generic one. It was a bit of a squeeze to get it on but it is more comfortable now.All in all the headset is excellent.

I have to say, I doubt I'll ever really like ear-in anything. I had a headset before that was very uncomfortable. After the virus running around, and we're all working from home, I bought this after a recommendation of a colleague. It's actually quite comfortable. You have different sized ear pieces to put in and it was easy to set up if you've set up any bluetooth device before. It's not heavy on the ear and the sound control on the device is easy enough to use to drop the volume, which can be quite loud. I find it odd to listen in only one ear, but for meetings it's actually turned out to be useful. The range is ok, in that you can move around a kitchen or room. Further than 10 feet it gets a bit wonky. I'd recommend it, not having tried more than two. But not liking these things anyway, I have to say it's really good and comfortable and easy to set up. I'd recommend it.

I have been using this for several months now. I found it a little uncomfortable at first but after a while I hardly notice it in my ear. I can hear very well through it, but I think the mike makes my voice slightly fuzzy. Still, no-one I am talking to seems to have a problem hearing me. It has been brilliant at keeping me connected when working from home as I can leave my mobile on the windowsill where there is a stronger signal while I sit at my desk.Battery life is good and the little case that comes with it also handy.The slightly annoying features are that if you walk away from the phone it keeps telling you you are out of range and it pings quite loudly for texts and notifications. If you are on a call at the time it will cut the other person to do so. So if, like me, you are connected to 2 phones you can find your call on one being interrupted a lot, especially if you walk away from the other one while talking. But overall I am happy with it, even when it has been welded to my ear all day.

Got headset out of the box, looked at instructions, struggled with instructions, everything is such small type font nowadays or maybe my eyesight is just getting worse. Smart packaging, choice of ear bud size S/M/L, USB charging cable cool design for either ear. Setting up was a doodle, 3 buttons on back up down and mute. Activate button MFB on side of earpiece. Switch on after quick charge connected to both my laptop and Iphone no messing just straight found and little message in earpiece connected. Works a treat on phone calls wandering around the house and at same time can be used for business conference meetings on Teams. Very impressed our whole team now has same piece of kit, works well and recommended very good value for money.

Not a bad piece of kit. Sound quality is good and the battery life is passable. However I'd like for the headset to provide me a bit more of a heads up before the battery is about to die so I have time to charge it.I also struggled to use it comfortably with any of the ear cups but that just might be down to my ear shape more than anything else.My main gripe with this headset though is the mute function. while the mute function itself works fine, when the mic is actually muted, the headset says "MUTE!" into your ear every few seconds, drowning out any audio you may be listening to, be it music or conference audio. I don't see why anyone would think a headset that drowns out your audio when you switch the mic off was a good idea.

I purchased this headset after using a cheap generic product from China which became too uncomfortable to bear. I was willing to spend a bit more, and after spending 30 minutes looking on Amazon came across this interesting product. The build quality is excellent, it does not feel cheap or flimsy. The sound quality is good and I like the fact that you can move the microphone out of focus when not in use. It feels good on the ear, not too tight and quite light when compared to other products. I have not used it for a whole day yet, but I am hoping the ear does not become irritated. I cannot comment on battery life. It also came in a nice little carrying case with an array of different sized earpads.

First appearances - great case! Sleek and smart!Opening up - looks like a neat tidy piece of kit. Powered up straight away and connected to my laptop without even charging. I then charged for an hour which fully charged it - that was three weeks ago and it's s still going strong! I use for 3 or 4 online conference meetings a week and it works fine.Comfortable fit and no problems so far - everyone on calls can hear me and I can hear them really clearly.Instructions are a bit basic but anyone who is able to connect bluetooth equipment shouldn't have a problem.All in all, very happy with the purchase.

This headset/earphone does what it claims to clearly and comfortably.It fits well, and the customisation of earbud size ensures comfort.The sound quality is solid, from both the microphone and the speaker.Furthermore, The microphone doesn't lose low voices in areas of high ambient noise.Range is, in practice, beyond what it states, even through several walls/floors.
