Very comfortable
Reduced my back pain a lot. One of my knees was aching for two weeks but that's because of body adjusting itself ( posture correction).Will be buying some more.

Uncomfortable??
I have suffered from fallen Arches for 30 years plus. I suffered then when playing sport (Rugby, 5 a side and Squash). Through our podiatry clinic I got an early form of these. Were they tough plastic... yes. Having in middle age developed more regular discomfort I have invested in these and what a step forward in comfort. Don't expect them to last 33 years but being able to buy them so easily is great.

Comfortable fit
Fit well in my work boots, and other shoes. They stay in position. They are proving to be very durable, as I have been wearing them for around 10 hrs per day. They provide support, but from my experience they are an aid rather than cure.

Does provide a level of Support
Light weight, easy to use and transferrable from one footwear to another. The "right" "left" printed on the underside of the supports mean you can't go wrong when placing inside your shoes, trainers, boots (unless you don't know your left from right). I've used this for about six months now. It does provide a decent level of support I have Planter Fasciitis which I've been battling with for over a year. I would recommend.

Great for use under running shoes inner sole.
These are equal in quality to the custom pair that I had made by, and bought from a podiatrist.The BIG difference being that, these are roughly a 10th of the price.I will buy a pair of these for each pair of trainers I own (I own quite a lot).I'll monitor how they last, but they seem fabulous to me.
