I was ecstatic when my Da URBAN® Milford Mid Back Revolving Leatherette Chair arrived. Assembly was a breeze, and the chair felt sturdy and reliable. It provided excellent comfort during long hours spent working on various projects at my workstation.However, after five months of use, I noticed the chair began to droop backward. Upon inspection, I discovered a crack in the base frame, causing the chair to tilt. I was disheartened as I had grown quite attached to my chair.Promptly, I reached out to Da URBAN® Customer Service to explain my situation. Without hesitation, they checked the warranty status and promptly agreed to send me replacement components for the damaged parts. Within a few days of my complaint, the replacement arrived.Now, I am happily back to work, seated on the most comfortable and ergonomically suitable office chair available. Thank you, Da URBAN®!

I like the chair and looking forward to buy one more, however the price is now increased by Rs. 1000, so showing 5999. I got it for Rs. 4999 few days back. I would say it is worth the 4999 and provides comfort sitting for long hours. Delivery and packaging is also good. It is easy to install by yourself.

So, I had initially ordered the Milford Chair in Tan for my brother, and really loved the quality and the ease of installation about the chair. We needed something smaller to fit in his bedroom as he had a very narrow area for the chair, so this was a trial for us to check if the chair would fit. And what do you know, it fits like a glove. I personally loved the design, materials, assembly as well as the affordability of the chair that I too decided to go with the same model for my room. Let me just tell you that it is worth the cost and the availability in colours and others designs is just a bonus.

Exactly as it appears in the product description photos if not better.Very comfortable and has good finishing quality.Product was delivered well packaged with adequate instructions on assembly.10/10 experience.

Product quality is overall good easy to assemble. But seat cushion is not very good quality also leather and stitching is not very good but price wise it is compromisable.

The chair is good looking and equally comfortable to use. It is easy to assemble as well. Really good for work from home use. The quality of material used is pretty good for the price paid. Overall a nice buy 👍

One of the wheels broke. Need a new wheel for this. Can I get one from the seller

Been using this chair for 3 months now. Delivery and installation were prompt and hassle-free.Pros - Chair is very comfortable to use for long work hours.Cons - Metallic base is strong but there are sharp edges and can cause injury to ankles if not careful while using.
