INGREDIENTS LIST:
High in Sodium but tasty, light soups. Really good for a small snack or when you want a little something hot and different than coffee or tea...great meal starter. My favorites are the tofu and seaweed ones and have been eating those for decades. The Osuimono is a new one for me, wouldn't have bought it on its own, it's light and good.INGREDIENT LIST from Kikkoman site:Aka Miso: (35 calories/790mg sodium)POWDERED RED MISO (SOYBEANS, RICE, SALT), DEHYDRATED SEAWEED, WHEAT GLUTEN, MODIFIED FOOD STARCH, POWDERED BONITO, MONOSODIUM GLUTAMATE, DEHYDRATED GREEN ONIONS, GLUCOSE, POWDERED HYDROLYZED SOY PROTEIN, DISODIUM INOSINATE, DISODIUM GUANYLATE, SUCCINIC ACID.Osuimono: (35 calories/740 sodium)SALT, DEHYDRATED MUSHROOMS, MONOSODIUM GLUTAMATE, POWDERED SOY SAUCE (SOYBEANS, WHEAT, SALT, DEXTRIN), WHEAT GLUTEN, POWDERED BONITO, DEHYDRATED SEAWEED, DEHYDRATED GREEN ONIONS, SUCCINIC ACID, SODIUM CITRATE, DISODIUM INOSINATE, DISODIUM GUANYLATE.Shiro Miso: (35 calories/820 sodium)POWDERED WHITE MISO (SOYBEANS, RICE, SALT), DEHYDRATED SEAWEED, WHEAT GLUTEN MODIFIED FOOD STARCH, MONOSODIUM GLUTAMATE, POWDERED BONITO, DEHYDRATED GREEN ONIONS, POWDERED HYDROLYZED SOY PROTEIN, DISODIUM INOSINATE, DISODIUM GUANYLATE, SUCCINIC ACID.Tofu Miso: (35 calories/740 sodium)POWDERED RED AND WHITE MISO (SOYBEANS, RICE, SALT), DEHYDRATED TOFU, DEHYDRATED SEAWEED, MODIFIED FOOD STARCH, POWDERED BONITO, MONOSODIUM GLUTAMATE DEHYDRATED GREEN ONIONS, POWDERED HYDROLYZED SOY PROTEIN, POWDERED KELP, DISODIUM INOSINATE, DISODIUM GUANYLATE, SUCCINIC ACID.Tofu Spinach: (35 calories/790mg sodium)POWDERED RED AND WHITE MISO (SOYBEANS, RICE, SALT), DEHYDRATED TOFU, DEHYDRATED SEAWEED, DEHYDRATED SPINACH, MODIFIED FOOD STARCH, POWDERED BONITO, MONOSODIUM GLUTAMATE, POWDERED HYDROLYZED SOY PROTEIN, POWDERED KELP, DISODIUM INOSINATE, DISODIUM GUANYLATE, SUCCINIC ACID.

Great to mix with collagen powder
I used to buy the hot and sour soup. Can’t find them anymore! I like as they are easy to mix with collagen and quick to make. Some have tofu that may add some protein ( very little).

Powder, not paste.
These are okay, and wonderfully priced, but I tend to prefer instant miso that has miso paste rather than powder only. That said, they were very flavorful, and the value pack allowed me to choose many different flavors without having to make a bunch of different orders. :) Highly recommend if you like miso soup. These actually turned out to be better than some misos that I've tried at low-end restaurants.

Great Variety and Quality
Great way to try all of the flavors. The grocery stores around me only carry one or two flavors. And getting it ordered online, they actually seem fresher than what I've bought off the shelves (the ones on the grocery store shelves seem like they might have been sitting there a while, the powder looks a bit different to me). All in all a successful purchase, miso soup is now a part of my daily routine because these are so convenient.

Good for vegetarians, apparently.
I gave it five stars. But I didn't eat it. I bought it for my daughter. She's a vegetarian. I am not a vegetarian. I'm a velociraptor. We don't like soup.
