I like the item greatly. The product works amazingly. I replaced a flimsy working tankless water heating shower device with this water tank heating device and I am very pleased with the greater effect this has. Works like it should Everytime for me. I can use in the bath tub or for dishes in my sink or I can take it outside to bathe outdoors. Perfect! Thanks Amazon. The price is very good. The extra item sent with it for me to read the temps has never lit up or worked once. This has not effected my nice hot water experiences though it was a nice extra.

This was a replacement for one that I only used a month or so till it came apart! I do not use a water heater in my barn in the warmer months, so I never opened the new box to check it, just put it away till the Fall. "Trust but verify!" Got the unopened box out last week and this one is also defective, unused--unless I want to be electrocuted! I contacted the seller, and of course heard nothing. Will be shopping for a different brand, one where there is quality control and a seller that backs their product!

I leave this in the pool for 2 hours and the pool water gets to 83 to 85 degrees. It really takes the chill off the water. Two heaters for the amount of water I am heating but I am happy with one heater.

2023 update… I bought a new one and it did not work. So a replacement was sent that did work. But we moved right after and I cant find the one that do work.and I’m scared to bug another and it may or may not work also.Original- Ok. So I bought this heater to help heat tub water because our heater has gone out and we now have a mass ice project on our house with converting and something they say about this being an older house ANYWAY… I started out testing to see if it would just do a large amount out water quickly. It heats but it’s not quick with a nice tub size of water. I always set it up about an hour before our baths and leave it, sometimes more and it gets really really hot but I mix in cold water from the faucet and boom the perfect temp. So now I don’t even do a full size of water any more. I do a mid range and then let it set like 45 mins maybe and if steams up my bathroom and then I mix in cold water which makes a full size bath for a grown adult. But anyway it works but you have to learn to adjust your set up time and make it work for your needs.It’s been months(got it somewhere in 2021) and I think my son broke it so we have to get another…it has a big brown scorched mark on it from him sitting it somewhere. So I’m not sure what’s wrong with it. But I do recommend this one.

This does heat up water very nicely probably would work awesome for a bucket....I tried to use it for a quick set pool and it did warm water enough but had to use it pretty much daily and for multiple hours for a few degrees. It does work though.

Works well warming up my above ground 12ft kid pool. Put it in at night and the next morning it is a bit warmer. Enough that my kids will swim. A few nights in a row to keep the temp up and the higher temp is much more noticeable. I’m pleased with it and it did what I wanted.

Instructions says to put the heater in a boil proof water metal container, why doesn't it just come with one like who has that? So I hung two over two poles to prevent them from burning my pool. These did not heat up my 10x6 pool even after 4 hours. They also kept tripping my circuit breaker. Advertising descriptions says and displays pictures that it can heat any outdoor above ground pools and in one part of the description it's says capacity is 5 gallons. Annoyed I can't return these. Waste of money.

Didn't heat as I thought it would

Don’t buy this, it is cheaply made and unsafe. I used it to heat an above ground pool, it worked for a few weeks then shorted out and melted the power cord. The control box is not weather proof. The manufacturers are trying to fill a void for folks trying to heat their pools without spending $500 plus for a safe pool heater. The instructions are translated like a bad Godzilla movie. If you have one please don’t trust it, don’t go in the pool when it is immersed in the water.

No es lo que yo esperaba, ademas la guía de uso no explica para que cantidad de agua, que temperatura o tiempo de calentamiento. Por último no trae instrucciones de seguridad toda vez que el agua y la energía eléctrica son muy peligrosas juntas!
