I contacted the seller via Amazon with no details aside from the following:- - - - -One of my two signs has noticeable ink smearing issues. (Black ink on orange background)The other sign has two letters that have slight shadows and a white blemish that aren't really noticeable at a distance.Otherwise, the signs are exactly the look I was hoping for.I was going to write a review detailing the issues, but I try to be a reasonable person so I thought I should try this first...Would you please consider sending me ONE more sign, identical to those in my order, to rectify the issue?- - - - -Within an hour (seriously; I am assuming they were open), I received the following:- - - - -Hello, and thanks for reaching out! We can send you TWO replacements today, as this was 100% our mistake. Your new tracking number is: 940011... Let me know if there are any further issues. Thanks, K.- - - - -A couple days later, I received the following:- - - - -TWO high quality signs- - - - -Now, a couple quick things...1. I didn't read all the 5-star reviews, but I read some of them. I did read all the rest. I also believe all the ones I read are possible, even the worst review. However, clearly any issue here is NOT an unreasonable seller; I bolded the numbers above so you would notice that although I felt 1 replacement sign would rectify the issue, they sent me 2 anyway.2. I received two packages (in total) containing signs at the post office (USPS) in a large box where they each were able to lay flat. Neither package were marked "Do not bend" nor were they bent, fortunately.3. I always try to remember the following: "Stuff happens. Offer others the 2nd chance you would want." (With this particular custom item and the ratio of reviews, this is especially true.)4. If you're going to hang the signs outside, for others to see, from a distance of more than 18", an extremely minor flaw is never going to be noticed, by anyone. Don't tell me you're going to go out with a bottle of glass cleaner and a rag every week to clean bird crap or whatever else off it; I don't believe it.5. I am an extremely picky individual. That said, these are custom items that involve liquids (probably) and layers (definitely); if you've ever created anything even remotely similar, you probably understand how difficult it would be to crank out flawless custom items for less than $20, for whomever, to be handled / delivered (shipping process) however. For the price, don't be unreasonable... expecting museum quality signs for your local birds. If you intend to hang them inside, where your visitors may inspect them, or you need them to be flawless because you're that special, then that's a different matter.6. I do intend to order a couple different signs, for inside the house, that I hope are flawless. Perhaps I will message the seller letting them know my intent, in this case. Not because I am a special droplet in the sea of humanity; rather, because I am extremely picky. But, I am also realistic and reasonable.7. Due to the combination of the worst review and the experience I had, this seemed in order, along with my appreciation. I intend to buy more.
